After returning from a 3 minute walk from the beach spend the rest of your afternoon in the backyard which includes a new in ground HEATED POOL, FIRE PIT, OUTDOOR SHOWER,Bar with a 65" TV and plenty of seating. In the evenings enjoy barbecuing on the WEBER GRILL and relaxing on the 4 decks including a roof deck to watch the spectacular LBI sunsets while listening to music from the surround sound system both inside and outside of the home. House is located on a residential bay block where you can stroll down to sit on the bench to enjoy the sunset, afternoon breeze or launch your kayak. There are 7 high definition televisions - one in each bedroom, family room and 2 outdoor. 23rd Street is a short walk to restaurants, ice cream parlors, bakery, pizza, deli, grocery, salons and much more. Once you set down your bags you will never want to leave!

Perfection
This home was just perfect in every way for my family of 10. To start, the owners are such wonderful and kind people. They were always accessible/available and so helpful in every way. You could tell they wanted you to thoroughly enjoy your vacation. Their beautiful home is filled with everything you need for the week, but more importantly, it’s filled with charm and warmth. The pool was delightful and it was so nice for my older parents to enjoy, as the beach can be a little more difficult for them these days. The entire outside area was awesome. We created so many amazing memories out there enjoying the pool, bar, fire pit, grill, etc. The location was incredible, as it is so close to the bay but also the beach. We couldn’t ask for better views and convenience. All in all, this was our favorite rental and we’ve been coming LBI forever. We will definitely be back. Thank you, again, to the lovely family for sharing their beautiful home with us.
