All the comforts of home are in this family oriented duplex, centrally located on Long Beach Island, 1 block from the beach. Each apartment is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath - 1st floor has 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, 2nd floor has 1 queen bed and 4 twin beds.

1st floor has front and back porch; 2nd floor has a deck. Outside shower and gas grills available. Open dining and living room areas.

Restaurants, miniature golf, movie theatre, arcades are all within a short distance. General store on the same block convenient for milk, bread, newspapers, etc. Bay Village, Fantasy Island and Barnegat Lighthouse are only minutes away.

Comforts of home

The Yansick home is wonderful on all levels!
We have had the pleasure of spending many wonderful summers in their first and second levels of their home. The first and second floors are both comfortable, clean, and filled with all of the essentials that make us feel like we never left our own home.

The furniture is comfortable, the air conditioner keeps you cool and is refreshing after spending your days on the beach of LBI which is only 9 houses away. Beach badges provided.

There is a spacious outdoor shower, off-street parking, outdoor grills. and on site washers and dryers.

This home is centrally located and within walking distance to local shops, coffee cafe, and ice cream parlor.

Don’t hesitate to pack your bags and beach cart to enjoy your summer vacation on LBI with the comforts of home at your fingertips.
