Popular beach house is perfect for larger families or multiple generations. Located in a quiet section of North Beach Haven, this home is in excellent condition with plenty of space for the whole family. Four decks: one off of the kitchen, one off of the living room, one off of the Master Bedroom and a spacious roof top deck with lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs which allow you to star gaze after the sun goes down. This house has a second television room with three sofas and large flat panel TV which allow the kids to gather for board games or watching movies. The large eat in kitchen has seating for 12 around the dining table and island seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, wall oven and gas cook-top. There's a gas grill on the back deck for barbecuing. Professionally landscaped back yard with clothes line for hanging beach towels and an outdoor shower. Parking for four cars on the private driveway.
Notes: This house has reversed living meaning all bedrooms are on the lower level and living space is on the upper level.

Perfect family beach rental!
We have made the annual summer trek to Beach Haven for almost two decades and stayed at numerous properties across the island. Our family is quite large and we tend to travel in packs. The 1509 property is perfectly situated and within walking distance to the beach as well as other local establishments. The house itself more than accommodated our family and provided spacious gathering areas along with comfortable bedrooms. The kids loved the bunkbed room and enjoyed the ease of the outdoor showers. We will carry on this tradition for years to come!
