Description
A beautiful home away from home, this house has everything you need! An oceanside North Beach Haven 4BR/3BA home, new to the rental market! 8 houses away from the beach and 12 blocks walking distance from Fantasy Island and beautiful downtown Beach Haven.
The first floor is welcoming with bright natural sunlight and hardwood floors throughout, giving way to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen including a large two tier island with seating for 6. The open concept lends itself nicely to enjoy family time with the main living room right off the kitchen, as well as the dining room with a farmhouse table and chairs for 6. The first floor also contains a lovely additional living room area equipped with a gas fireplace and two pullout couches. A full bathroom is located on the main floor.
On the second floor of the home are 4 large bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite master bathroom including a luxurious jacuzzi tub, along with a stacked washer/dryer, and large linen closet. There is also a third full bathroom on this floor.
Bedrooms:
1. Master Bedroom- King size bed with a walk-in closet. Master bathroom has large shower, jacuzzi bathtub, double sink vanity, with a linen closet.
2. King size bed with crib in room, with double closets
3. King size bed along with twin size bunk beds and a trundle (option to sleep up to 5 in this room)
4. Queen size bed with double closets
The outdoor area is a fun and inviting place. A slider door off the dining room allows for easy access to and from the large deck that holds a brand-new Bywater picnic table, benches, and two end chairs. There is a couch outdoors to enjoy the warm weather. Don't forget about the large hot tub that fits up to 8 people! When lounging outdoors, you'll also enjoy the additional living space in the converted garage that houses a large sectional couch, an additional refrigerator, smart TV with streaming capabilities, and surfboard bar top. With an outdoor area like this, it will truly feel like a vacation!

Bike trailer attachment available (fits 2 small children)

Beach cart with a variety of toys
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making the reservation. The remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to check-in date. If making the reservation under 45 days from check-in date, 100% of the money is due at the time of booking. There is a security deposit of $1,000.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Luxury vacation home
This is not your standard vacation home- this home has all the luxuries of home and then some. We loved the large kitchen and walk out to the beautiful back patio. The house is clean! The beds were in great shape. The owners were super attentive. We hope to return.

Great place- even in a Nor'Easter
Thoroughly enjoyed our girls trip here. The house is thoughtfully appointed, lovingly decorated, and seriously comfortable.
Prior to renting, Matt and Ashley (owners) were responsive to any and all questions we had. That was really comforting because the forecast ended up including a weekend long Nor'easter with the threat of high winds that could take down power lines. (We had power the whole time, and we even ended up with some sun to enjoy.)
The house is closer to the beach than the bay- easily walkable to either. It's close to outdoor fun, shopping, and good restaurants.
In the event of rain, not only do they have a large, outdoor hot tub, but they have converted the garage into hang out area. (Still plenty of room in the driveway for cars.)
The upstairs features multiple spacious bedrooms- including a master with a private bathroom- a hallway bathroom, and laundry. Downstairs has multiple rooms that flow into each other as well as a sitting room that is separated, so a great place to go if you need to just chill for a bit. The back of the house has the garage, a separate shower, the hot tub, a sitting area next to a large outdoor table (the rain cleaned our beach shells there), and the coolest shade tree.
Looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful home with LOTS of bonus amenities!
This is a beautiful home, with a very convenient location (a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream shop!) and overall family-friendly setup. The house exceeded our expectations! All of the home’s furnishings and finishings were high quality. The hot tub was a nice amenity to have on premise and the bonus outdoor play and bar area with 2 TVs was a major plus when rainy weather rolled in during our stay and we needed to keep everyone occupied. Bedrooms were very spacious, which made for setting up our additional toddler cots and pack n plays easier than expected with plenty of room for all. The house even came with extra kid-friendly items, e.g. games, toys, books, dishware, toddler bikes/wagons, a full sized crib, extra pack ‘n play to use and more! It is clear that the owners put a lot of thought into ensuring our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we need for our family of all ages! Owner Matt was accessible, responsive and very helpful- he even reached out offering to return items we accidentally left behind upon check out. Overall a very pleasant experience! Would rent again!
