1/2 rent due with signing of a lease. house is not taken "off the market" until we receive the initial payment. The remaining 1/2 rent, $400 security deposit and $200 cleaning fee is due to us a week before you come in. We will meet you at the house to show you the house and give you the keys or make arrangements to get you the keys.
