Amazing, clean, ideal location, fully stocked kitchen AND a pool!
We so enjoyed this amazing home for our family vacation. Even though it was end of season, the house was immaculate, the kitchen fully stocked including sharp knives and newer pans (which can be a rarity at end of summer rentals). The location was perfect. It was great having bicycles available to get bagels and donuts-we used them for excersise too :). The pool area and hang out space was ideal for lunch or a post beach/evening unwind. The roof deck provided the most memorable and expansive sunset views. Enough space for all. We appreciated Jim's responsiveness to any questions we had prior and during our stay. We look forward to returning next year.

Can’t think of one thing that was negative !
We’ve been renting out on LBI for over 10 years and this house hit all the boxes on our Wish List ! Many Great Amenities ! And Jim the owner was wonderful to work with. Didn’t realize how important the pool was until we had one , my husband hates the BEACH ! LOL You made this vacation one of our most memorable .

Great house
We loved the house and location. Everything was very clean when we arrived and we enjoyed the space the house had. The backyard and garage play area were a great bonus also. The children had a blast!

Perfect Beach House
Our family has stayed at this house for many years, never disappoints! The house is always immaculate, great location.. My family loved the upgrades to the backyard pool, outdoor tv, bbq area. Can’t say enough good thiings about this home.The owners take great pride in their home and it shows.

Fantastic House with New Pool, Great Location
We've stayed at this house for years, and have always loved it. But the recent renovation which added a pool, outdoor bar/sitting areas/TV, extra bedroom, and bikes makes this house extra special. The house is clean and very well maintained. Three houses from a wide and not-crowded beach. The house layout works very well and provides plenty of space to either socialize or enjoy quiet moments.

Incredible House
My family and another have been renting this house for a number of years. The house is spectacular. The care and meticulous set up is the best we have ever seen. The addition of the pool, outdoor furniture, outdoor bar and extra bedroom was a tremendous upgrade. The owners take such great care of the property and house and want to make sure you have everything you need to make you stay pleasurable and easy. The location is so convenient, about a 100-foot walk to beach. We will continue to rent as long as we can.

Here’s the perfect vacation rental in Lbi for a family vacation. The house is gorgeous…perfectly decorated and very welcoming.. every amenity you can think of plus an in ground pool. Kids loved it and just perfect to come back from beach wash off and chill at the pool with a tiki bar and TV.. Jim the owner is friendly and responds to any questions you have immediately .
