8 bedroom, 5 full baths, sleeps 20~ steps away from the main beach & all amenities
Historic 8-bedroom Victorian in the heart of Beach Haven, steps away from the beach. Perfect for family gatherings. Huge full 4-sided wrap around porch with plenty of tables and chairs for outdoor living. A new heated pool and an outdoor shower are guests' new favorites! Original imported stained glass and hardwood floors throughout. Ocean views from upstairs bedrooms. Literally steps to everything that Beach Haven has to offer, including free parking (2+ cars). Walk to supermarket, restaurants, miniature golf, The Surflight Theatre, The Show Place ice cream parlor with singing waiters. One block from Bicentennial Park which holds free weekly concerts and other events. Cruises to Atlantic City, and charter fishing boats leave from the end of our block.
Our beach is the headquarters of the Beach Haven Rescue Squad with bathrooms, shower, feet washers, and a volleyball court.
The free LBI Shuttle that goes from one end of the Island to the other (with its own app showing you where the Shuttle is at any time), can be flagged down from our front walkway.
The Holly Haven House was completely restored and remodeled to accommodate larger groups and gatherings. A new full bath was added to the first floor perfect for those who might have difficulty navigating the staircase. Our 8 bedrooms contain 8 single beds, 5 queen beds, 1 full bed, and a queen sleeper. There are 5 baths and an outside shower. Large dining room with seating for 14, with additional seating at the table in the original Butler's Pantry and at the dining stools at the granite counters in the kitchen.
2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, 2 outdoor gas grills, 3 coffee makers, a fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor seating for 20.
For those rainy days (that are always few and far between) the house is equipped with WiFi throughout including the porch and the pool areas. The house has Chrome Cast that allows you access to your Netflix, Hulu, ESPN etc. streaming accounts or any other apps you may have on your personal tablets, pc's or smart phones. 4 Cable-equipped TVs each with its own DVD are included. We also have a portable Sony Bluetooth / Aux / IPod unit with super nice bass that can be moved to the porch or pool areas. For the more traditional, we also have a stash of board games.

About Holly Fazelat
Holly and Alex are lovers of Victorian architecture (read gluttons for punishment). They have owned and remodeled several Victorians in the past. They currently own two Victorian homes. Holly grew up on Long Beach Island and will always consider it home. Alex is one of eight children and is used to the provisions of plenty. We fell in love with the original stained-glass windows, imported from England in the 1880's.

Tired of looking for the perfect family reunion house for large families, we decided to purchase a home we could tailor make to include the needs of multi-generations. The location of our home is perfect for members of every age, as the house is located within walking distance of all attractions and stores. The large 4-sided wrap around porch and the pool are the ideal places to relax if you choose not to leave the property. The downstairs was furnished to accommodate those who have trouble navigating stairs.

Policies
Request for cancellation must be made in writing. Every effort will be made to re-rent the property once a written notice is received. However, there is no guarantee the property will re-rent. If the property is not re-rented, the balance of the rent under the lease shall be due and payable in full. If the property is re-rented, monies paid by the tenant, less 10% processing fee, will be refunded.
During off-peak season, Holly Haven House can be rented for multi-day special occasions with a minimum of 3 days / 2 nights stay for $4,750.
**Please note that our home is not available for high school prom / graduation, or college graduation functions.
Downstairs shower stall with handheld shower head. Queen bedroom that closes from the rest of the house and is an easy distance to the bathroom.

Wonderful Week for Entire Family
We stayed here for our annual extended family vacation - 15 of us with ages ranging from 11 months to 84. We had an amazing week and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation house. We loved so much - some of the highlights included the wrap-around porch which was populated every day, the new pool area which was a huge hit, the two grills and all of the kitchen appliances, and the huge dining room table. The location can't be beat as it is walking distance to not just the beach but all of the main locations in the town. And then add to that how pleasant and great Holly and Alex were to work with and you have a great place for anyone looking to stay on LBI with a large family group.

I wish life came with an instant replay button because I would love to re-experience the wonderful week with all 20 of my family members that we just spent in Holly Haven House. With 20 people come 20 different opinions, but all of us--including the 4- and 5-year-olds--agree that the home-base we selected for our vacation at the shore was perfect. The wrap-around porch comfortably accommodated our family dinners, and the house itself provided enough smaller spaces for a bit of respite from too much family fun. The pool vied with the beach for attention, and many a happy hour was spent at each. The location couldn't have been better for a family of varied ages and interests. And the owners, Alex and Holly, couldn't have been more responsive. Thanks to both of you and your lovely house, last week was truly a dream come true.

Holly Haven House - a Beach Haven treasure!
With the size of our family, having Holly Haven House next door to our other rental was an excellent choice. It is a perfect location for many other reasons as well - close to the beach and many of Beach Haven's best attractions. But it is a challenge to want to leave the beautiful pool, which was a "remote work" favorite location. Other amenities offered by this immaculate property (especially parking for 2 cars!) are too numerous to mention. The owners are great to deal with! We'll be back next summer!

This house is wonderful. The location is absolutely perfect. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We were a big group and everyone was able to have their space. The front porch is unbeatable. The backyard was a close second. The kitchen is FULLY stocked! The house was spotless. Hope to return next year. Highly recommend.

Great Vaca home
Great house. Awesome pool. What a pleasure staying here. Owner was on point with returning calls/texts pre and during stay. Super nice people to work with. House very clean and fully stocked kitchen. My children and grandchildren had so much fun and had plenty of room in the house--we were 12 people. Beach 1/2 block away. Restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, Fantasy Island Amusement Park/Water Park, oyster bar, pizza place, mini golf all within walking distance -- between 5mins to 15 mins. Recommend this house strongly. Would definitely rent again.

Great home and great location
Holly Haven House has been our family's vacation home for many years. Holly and Alex are great and are like family to us. The home is very well maintained, very clean and you cannot beat the location. 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 BBQ grills on and on... They have thought of everything! Just a great reunion home with a large wraparound porch in the center of Beach Haven. I highly recommend this home!
