The property is within easy walking distance of many restaurants and activities and features ample off and on-street parking.The home offers outdoor areas allowing for plenty of room for your family and friends to spread out and relax in comfort,and a large natural gas barbecue for your grilling delights. The kitchen and living areas provide plenty of space for friends and family to gather. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars, marina, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Thundering Surf Water Park, and the one and only Chicken or the Egg.

Great rental place
This home is in a great location to the beach, food and entertainment! The owner is very responsive and makes process and everything easy. All you have to do is arrive, relax and enjoy.

Excellent Home & Location!!!
We are finishing up our 2nd week in this home. Perfect for our family of 6, with room for more! Excellent location - just a few houses from the beach and a few blocks to Bay Village, Fantasy Island, mini golf and more. The owner is super nice and everything was exactly as listed here. Hope to return to this home next summer!

Great house in an amazing location.
Great house located on a beach block, making the walk to the beach almost nonexistent! Large master bedroom, with a roof deck with great views! Bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds are great for kids. Large backyard, with a spacious deck. Owner is a gentleman, booking this house was the smoothest process we have ever experienced in LBI! We had a wonderful week in this house!

Great house, terrific owner, excellent location!
This house was perfect for a vacation that our family will talk about for years to come. Our two young children loved the first floor bunk bed room and my mother and father in law were comfortable in the large king bedroom upstairs with the great roof deck. My wife and I enjoyed the first floor queen bedroom to be close to our kids. The separate living and family rooms were perfect for the kids to watch morning cartoons while the adults relaxed in the kitchen and living room. The back yard partially shaded by trees with a large deck and natural gas grill was very nice. The greatest feature of all was of course the location with very short walk to the beach, easy walk to bay village, and great walking and bike riding on the one way roads with oversized bike lanes on N Atlantic Ave and S Beach Ave. The owner was an excellent communicator and very enjoyable to work with and truly went above and beyond. Our family will look forward to staying here again!

Excellent house and great location!
We have been coming to LBI for years, and this was the best house we have stayed in! So close to the beach, well maintained, and spacious for a large family. Walking distance to the center of Beach Haven (Bay Village, etc.) and a 30 second walk to the beach. Owner was extremely responsive and very easy to deal with. We are already looking to book later this summer, highly recommend!

Great rental
Loved the location. Steps to the beach and quick walk to bay village and restaurants. Nice back yard with large deck area. Loved that it had some shade too. Quiet street and great for families. Will definitely come back!

We loved this home! Perfect for families! We really enjoyed the backyard area, Great deck with lots of space. Steps to the beach, town, and more. The homeowners could not have been any friendlier and accommodating, truly a pleasure to deal with. The perfect house house to rent in Beach Haven.
