CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

Amazing Place!
Took my family here in the summer and it is the perfect location! Being between the beach and bay was helpful for the kids. Central to everything like shops, coffee, restaurants, etc. Owner was very friendly and communicative.

Cool spot near the beach
The house is close to the beach and perfect for walks and bike rides. Back deck was able to be blocked off for a dog; Nice house, comfortable beds and couches. I was able to talk to the host when needed and had my questions and needs answered in a swift amount of time.
