The Salty Sandpiper is located on the southern end of Long Beach Island, combines modern luxury, coastal style, and effortless relaxation just six houses from the ocean. Designed with a reverse living layout, the Salty Sandpiper maximizes its surroundings with panoramic ocean and bay views from a private rooftop deck. Featuring four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, this retreat offers the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the best of LBI.
The Salty Sandpiper includes a spacious primary suite with a king bed, three additional bedrooms each with a queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the lower-level family room. Every bedroom and living area are equipped with a Smart TV featuring YouTube TV for entertainment. The top floor houses the kitchen, dining, and living areas, centered around a cozy gas fireplace. Off of the top floor living area is a front porch with seating, ocean views and a Weber natural gas grill. The lower-level family room includes a wet bar and fridge, providing a perfect spot for casual gatherings.
On the pool level, Guests will find an extra refrigerator, storage and an outdoor shower. The garage contains beach essentials such as beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart, along with bikes available for guest use.
Whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying a cozy movie night, or watching the sunset from the rooftop, the Salty Sandpiper provides everything you need for an unforgettable Long Beach Island escape.
Local amenities including Bay Village, Thundering Surf water park, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, mini-golf, ice cream and many restaurants are a short two-mile drive away. Within walking distance, guests can enjoy Holgate's Bay Front Park featuring swings, jungle gym, tennis and basketball court.
Guests need to provide their own bed sheets, bath, beach and pool towels.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival.
