Beautiful ocean views and oceanfront living with 3 bedrooms, one and a half baths and outside shower. Just steps to the beach. Open concept living with updated kitchen open to gathering room and ocean front deck with a retractable awning. There is seating for 10, a large smart TV and Wi-Fi and computer access, Air Conditioning and heated. Decorated with a coastal nautical theme. The kitchen is fully equipped with farmhouse sink, and updated refrigerator, microwave oven, electric ranges, Keurig or traditional coffee makers, toaster, and blenders. Outdoor propane gill on the west deck is provided near the kitchen. Washer and dryer for laundry is also provided. On site parking on new pavers is provided for 2 cars.
The second floor is about the view. It is everywhere and quite spectacular. The deck has two deck chairs with footrests and a table and chairs for outside dining. Many a happy memory has been made on that deck. The views are panoramic. Dolphins are a usual occurrence. A guarded beach is just yards away. Four Beach Badges are provided for our guests. Young children and seniors do not require a beach badge. Beaches are cleaned daily in the morning.

There are 3 bedrooms. One queen bed, one double, and two twins make up the bedding. Comfortable bedding changes each year. New bathrooms have been updated. Hardwood flooring is throughout. There is one full bath and one half bath, A full size washer and dryer is also provided for convenience. Housekeeping equipment, supplies and paper products are provided. We personally inspect and attend to our property every Saturday during the rental season to insure cleanliness and a smooth changeover. We handle our own rentals. The neighborhood is residential.

There is an optional charge for towels and linens. There are new decks on the ocean and west side and new entry stairs and railings, all rebuilt since Sandy. There are enclosed outside showers on the west side.

The property is within easy distance of many restaurants and activities. There is a children's park one block away. Bike, surrey, surfboards and beach equipment rental and ice cream is on the corner. For the children, the town sponsors Concerts in the Park for free. Beach Haven has an unhurried village atmosphere.

Last year was a banner year.
Some of our guests with multiple generations take both floors and have 6 bedrooms available to them. There are also a minimal number of stairs for the first floor, which makes it easy for little ones and those with a problem with stairs. Extended families and good friends have done this for and even bigger beach experience.

Oceanfront is what defines the experience. Listen to the sounds of the surf. Have coffee on the porch with the sunrise and cocktails at dinner. Enjoy a lobster dinner on the deck (Quincy has the best lobster.) Read a book, or share the moment with a friend or family member. Paint shells with the kids. Bike to town or take a boat ride at sunset. This is the best of the Jersey Shore and we would love to have you experience it at Merivale Pack your vacation with summer memories. We have many returning guests who bring their young children each year. The overall atmosphere of the street is residential. There is easy access by auto or bike to the town. Many of our guests order their food to be delivered on the day of their arrival to avoid crowded stores. The island does have a lovely new Acme. We do try to accommodate our guests with beach chairs and beach toys. We also provide a porta-crib. At the corner is a bike rental store. It also rents most of what you would want for your stay.
