We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

A Truly Relaxing LBI Vacation
From the moment we walked in, this home felt like the perfect beach getaway. The space was beautifully maintained, bright, and welcoming, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. We loved spending mornings with coffee on the deck and evenings together on the beach or the pool. The location was fantastic, close to everything we love about LBI while still feeling private and quiet. Our family made so many wonderful memories here, and we would absolutely stay again.
