INSIDE:
The top floor of this beautiful home features the main living space. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with a bright spacious open concept living/family room with a Smart TV, gas fireplace, dining room and powder room. The Primary Bedroom Suite, also located on the top floor, contains a King bed, Smart TV for streaming, a beautiful full bathroom with dual vanity sinks and large walk-in glass frameless shower.
Off the main living area, you will find a deck furnished with a dining table with a bench and six chairs providing you with option to dine inside or out (or both).
The second floor features four bedrooms along with a second lounge area (den) with plenty of seating, including a new pull-out Queen size sofa bed, beverage refrigerator, wet bar and 70" Smart TV. The first bedroom on this floor is a Junior Suite that comes furnished with a Queen bed and full bathroom with a glass enclosed stand-up shower. The other three bedrooms each sleep two in a comfortable Queen, all with Smart TVs and closets. There is also a hall bathroom with walk-in shower with both a rain and regular showerhead.
The first floor features a bedroom (bunkroom) which sleeps 4 - 6 with two TWIN over FULL bunk beds, storage underneath, closet and Smart TV.
Home is equipped with WiFi and mesh routers to provide everyone with high-speed internet access.
Tenant provides their own towels and linens. Comforters, quilts and pillows are provided. Smoking/Vaping is not permitted in the home. Elevator is available for Handicap access.

Fantastic Family Home
This was a fantastic house which fit our every need! Every year we search for an even larger home to accommodate our growing family, which can also work for my 90 year old mom who has trouble with stairs. We loved all the different living, outdoor and deck spaces to gather, plus the 6 bedrooms fit our family very comfortably. The elevator was critical, allowing my mom to comfortably get to any floor, or out of the house without any difficulty. Randy's communication was great all along, and was a fantastic host! The amenities, especially all the beach chairs, bikes, games, ping pong table, and the large ice maker really made it a special house. Looking forward to next year!

Great Last Minute Getaway!
We had a fabulous time during our stay here. We had 6 adults and an infant. The house was a perfect fit! The back yard is perfectly set up to hang out, and the outdoor shower was great. Being 5 houses from the beach was amazing! Can’t wait to come back again!

Great Place
Great Place to stay in the summer or for a fall wedding at the Mallard. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need! Place was very cozy and clean! Will def come back in the summer!
