This 4-bedroom house is only a block from the beach and perfect for families! The house has two master bedrooms with adjoining private baths, and two additional bedrooms that share a full bath with double sinks. The front porch is perfect to have morning coffee. The downstairs features a comfortable parlor that is perfect for friends to gather and enjoy drinks and conversation after a day of activities. We love to cook, so we designed the kitchen/dining room to have a large center island to serve as a food prep area, a bar so that guests can engage in conversation while cooking! The family room has a wall mounted television with a wall mounted Television. There is a covered lower back deck with tables and chairs s that you can enjoy the afternoon in the shade. If you are a sun lover, there is an upper rear deck that receives full sun throughout most of the day. Three bedrooms have televisions. The house has high speed internet, and all televisions have Amazon Fire TV attached to them so that you can stream your favorite programs. There is an additional full bath downstairs adjoining to the family room, and an outside shower on the East side of the house so that you can rinse off before entering the house (PLEASE!!!). Finally, we have provided an outdoor grill, bar and hot tub for family get togethers. We hope you enjoy the house as much as we do!
IMPORTANT: for the sake of our other tenants that may have severe alllergies, we insist that you do NOT bring pets and treat our home with the same respect you treat your own.
