This home has it all! 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms plus a private outdoor shower. Fully fenced in, private, spacious corner lot with Weber grill, fire pits, outdoor dining spaces, 2 brand new patios, brand new deck, Adirondack chairs, and room to play. Full access to shed with plenty of room! 1 and 1/2 block walk to our life guarded beach. Beach badges, beach toys, paddle ball set, beach cart, corn hole, boogie boards, large wheeled beach cooler and beach chairs included. Bright open floor plan. Newly installed ductless central air and heat. Fully stocked kitchen. Bedrooms sleep 12 people comfortably. New carpet and bedding throughout house. Private off street parking- no need to look for street parking! Close to the attractions but far away from all the noise!
OCEANSIDE- No busy boulevard to cross!!

Stefano’s, Isola Italian Trattoria, Yoga Bohemia, Beach Haven Fishery, Whittingham coffee shop and Dairy King ice cream are all within a couple blocks of our house! Walk to it all!

This rental includes- beach chairs, beach badges, beach cruisers, beach toys, Weber grill, fire pits, 2 outdoor dining areas, high speed internet, SMART TV, WiFi, iron, ironing board, Hairdryer. Washer/dryer. Port-a-crib/ high chair/ baby supplies/ kids bike provided free upon request.

Great Home, Great Location

This was a beautiful home with a great layout to accommodate two families. We were so lucky to have found and booked this LBI gem! Our favorite part was family dinners in the beautiful backyard! Walking to the beach was a breeze. It was nice to be in a quiet area and also able to take a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!

Great Home, Great Location

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

Great multiple family vacation spot with a clean and well-maintained property. Attentive customer service from owners who thought of everything to make this house a perfect, relaxing beach getaway. Bring only towels and sheets. They have everything else! Beach chairs, bikes for the whole family (they even provided us extra upon request), carts, coolers, games, awesome new solo stove for outside patio. Location is close to everything- beach, best restaurants (Isola/ Stefano’s) and ice cream (Dairy King) are all within 2 blocks! We have been coming to LBI for over 30 years and we are so happy we discovered this rental- it’s the best experience we have had.

Best house EVER!

This is an immaculate house with absolutely every amenity imaginable, even corn hole and a fire pit! Outside living area is huge, fenced in and super private! Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Just a few blocks to Fantasy Island! Lots of beds, views and deck space! Best LBI house we ever rented! Owner responds immediately!

Happiest House!!

This is by far the best beach house we have ever rented in LBI. It was bright, clean and updated! The owners were very pleasant and easy to deal with. They even provided bikes, beach chairs and the cutest welcome basket! Felt like we were at home away from home! Can’t wait to rent this house again!

Retreat by the Sea

Meticulously maintained 10/10 Oceanside Retreat! Gorgeous deck views at the highly sought section of LBI! All accommodations provided, cruisers with locks, beach accoutrements, large fenced in outside living, picnic area with grill, seating area with Adirondack chairs. Just steps on a quiet street to the beach! Loved it so much we already reserved for next year! Thank you!

If you’re thinking about booking this house…just do it!!

I can’t recommend highly enough! The house is spotless and has everything you need to enjoy your LBI vacation. The owners have thought of everything…even a gift basket waiting for us upon arrival. The house is a short, relaxing walk to the beach and close to the heart of beach haven. We didn’t use our car the whole week. Beach cruisers were awesome! If we could give it 10 stars, we would!! The home is amazing, we already booked next year!!

Comfortable & Clean!! Felt like home!

This was our first time staying at this rental and the pictures only tell half the story. The home is very spacious and immaculate! No joke, it comfortably sleeps 12, that's amazing! Outdoor shower has the power of an indoor shower (my favorite)! Plenty of parking and room for all our beach equipment and bikes... and a bike rack! SO SMART!! Central AC.... heaven!! Seriously, all your comforts and needs are well provided for both inside and out.
We've rented houses on LBI for years that were perfect "for a rental" but this felt more like a home and we enjoyed our stay very much!! We will be back!! 2021, here we come!!

Immaculate beach house

Stayed Memorial Day week with 2 families! The perfect getaway with full amenities and MORE! Owners were extremely helpful and anticipated our every need, including beach cruisers, beach badges, beach toys and more! No car needed although there’s plenty of parking on the property (no need to find a street spot)! Convenient walk down a quiet street to the beach. Easy walk to Fantasy Island and the center of Beach Haven. Plenty of areas to kick back and relax, on the upper level deck, lower level dining area or sitting outside on the Adirondack chairs. And, absolutely immaculate, inside and out! We just booked for next year and can’t wait to return!
