The open floorplan on the kitchen level offers expansive bay views along with 4 of the 5 bedrooms.

Rooftop Deck: Features panoramic bay views and stunning sunsets from the rooftop deck. Lounge on the sectional couch and stay warm with the fire pit for the cooler nights.
Open-Concept Living Area: The bright and airy living space features large windows with beautiful views of the bay. Step out to a deck with plenty of seating for a dinner of 8 and enjoy the sunset views.

Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms on 2nd floor. Master bedroom has king bed with en-suite. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one has a full bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There’s a shared full bathroom and laundry also on this floor. All bedroom sets have been hand selected from Pottery Barn with matching high quality mattresses. Bed linens and bath towels included.
The oversized 5th bedroom is tucked away on the first floor and has a queen bed.
Outdoor Oasis: Lounge chairs surround the heated salt water pool with an LED lit waterfall. The backyard includes Italian marble tile and an enclosed fence. The covered porch with flatscreen TV overlooks the pool area and allows you to watch you favorite game or movie on the big screen. Includes a sectional couch and swivel chairs. Play your favorite music with the patio’s Sonos wireless sound system.
After the beach enjoy his and hers outside showers.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Beautiful Home
New, bright, modern, clean, airy, comfortable with beautiful bay views throughout made our stay memorable from watching boats go by from the large kitchen windows or the deck early in the morning, to the amazing rooftop sunsets each evening. This home was well designed in a thoughtful way, incredibly organized with a spacious design plan for seating throughout in order to really enjoy this home and all views comfortably. Plenty of seating in the kitchen, on deck, on rooftop, in the living room and around the pool for our group of 9.
The house had endless thoughtful extras and details that made the week comfortable and enjoyable: beautiful furniture and finishes, new easy to use appliances, everything you need in a kitchen, 2 outdoor very private showers that came in handy from the beach and helped keep a beach house free of sand. The house was even stocked with the perfect beach chairs- every detail was thoughtful to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Our teens walked everywhere independently and easily from this location. Adults walked everywhere too; we walked our 9 year old to the nearby water park and amusement park easily , and the pool was a nice bonus.
The owner of the home was communicative, prompt, organized, helpful and really cared about our overall experience renting the home.
