Description
Welcome to Our Beach House Getaway!
This cozy oceanside cottage lives large with the ability to sleep 10.
The open floor plan creates an inviting social environment. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms (1 queen,1 full) with built ins for storage and a full bathroom. Adjacent to the living room is a cozy sitting area with a full-size Murphy bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining in. There is a washer and dryer located in the separate mud room adjacent to the kitchen.
The second floor is an open loft capable of sleeping 4. It includes a 1/2 bath and walk in closet.
Wi-Fi is included along with 3 smart tv’s (Roku)
Just outside the kitchen door is a gas grill, fire pit and picnic table in a fully fenced in area for enjoying leisurely time together. There is also a nice sitting porch across the front of the house. Additionally, you will find a large outdoor shower with dressing area and a separate foot wash.
The house is conveniently located within walking distance to Wawa, a liquor store, Howard’s, Roberto’s, California Grill, Dockside Diner and many more eateries. Beach Haven Water Sports is just a few blocks away for boat, wave runner, paddleboard and kayak rentals as well as para-sailing. Township pickleball courts are nearby too.
Beach Tags (6), Pickleball Badges (4) and equipment are provided. Additionally, there are several beach bikes, crab traps and a surf fishing pole for your enjoyment.
There is ample off-street parking to accommodate 6 vehicles.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival.

LBI Family Memories
Anthony & Lynn’s home is a meticulously well maintained home that accommodated our family of 6 adults and 2 young children. I feel the photos don’t really portray how lovely, clean, and spacious this home is! The owners were easy to reach and always called back immediately. The house is well equipped, tastefully decorated, and they even included bikes, chairs, badges, and pickle ball passes and equipment! The home is comfortable with a lovely yard, outdoor shower, and fire pit. One chilly evening we used the fire pit and made SMores. I loved having the spacious loft upstairs to get away for some quiet, relaxing time to nap or read a book. One block away there are two quiet streets for bike riders and walkers. Having the use of the bikes was so much fun. This is a beautiful home located a short walk to the beach, and only a block to the bay for stunning sunset views. Shopping and restaurants are conveniently located and Barnegat Light is a short drive north on the island. My grandkids enjoyed Fantasy Island, a reasonably priced small amusement park. There is plenty to do within walking distance or you can take a leisurely trek along the most stunning beach in NJ. We have rented many homes in LBI over the years. Yet these owners have included so many extra niceties that you won’t ever find in other rentals. Hopefully, we can be back again next year. So if you want cherished family memories, rent Anthony & Lynn’s home.

Family Vacation
I have been renting homes on LBI for 30 years and this is a great place to stay, very clean and perfect amount of space for my kids and grandkids. Anthony and Lynn were easy to communicate with in every way! We loved the short walk to bay to see the sunset and also we didn't have to rent bikes because they were available to us. I definitely recommend this rental!

Thanks to Anthony and Lynn my family and I had a great time in LBI this year. We have rented several houses over the years but this house is the best!! We had everything we needed, the house was clean, plenty of space! Anthony and Lynn were a pleasure to deal with. We plan on booking with home again for next year.

The perfect place♥️
We loved Anthony and Lynn’s home and had the best week. The house was extremely clean and cozy, and had so much available for us! The AC worked great—both upstairs and down!! You won’t find a better parking situation as there was a private driveway that fit all of our cars. We watched the sunset every evening ONE block away! There was lots of food within walking distance and the most perfect fenced in yard. Plenty of bikes to use, and an outdoor shower and foot shower that the kids loved! Looking forward to another stay next summer.

An all-around 5-star stay without a doubt!
This house, which already looked and sounded great, exceeded expectations in every way. While it’s on the main avenue, it never feels like it, as it is remarkably quiet inside. The house itself is great- clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. The upstairs with 4 twin beds is ideal for kids who can have their own space. Which, of course, can make things ideal for adults as well ????. The location was also perfect for us- there’s a back entry out to the side street that leads to the beach with only side-street crossing. This is a tremendous advantage walking with even a small group. And, being just outside of Beach Haven (bike-able and even quite walkable, being less than a mile, I believe) the house was considerably more affordable than a rental within Beach Haven itself. The hosts themselves were warm and responsive without being intrusive in any way. An all-around 5-star stay without a doubt!

They really thought of everything that one would want or need on a trip
