Description
Welcome to The Helm!! Our newly renovated family home in the heart of Surf City. Just a few minutes from the causeway. Come experience classic LBI with all the modern amenities that will make your vacation 100% worry free! The house is situated on one of the few lots in Surf City with old growth cedar trees and is a short 3 block walk to the ocean and 1 block from the bay. Some great local spots within walking distance are the Surf City Yacht Club, Surf City Hotel, Surf LBI, and many more shops, attractions and restaurants.
Spend the day at the beach with beach badges included and then come back to relax on the wrap around deck with stunning sunset views.
If the ocean is not your thing but still want to spend the day by the water, bay beach is just down the road. If you don’t feel like walking to one of the many restaurants in town you can cook with a full kitchen setup and gas grill on the deck.
The house has been recently renovated with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus a private outdoor shower and includes an EV charger in the private driveway.
There are 3 bedrooms plus a brand new pull out sofa bed in the living room, so it can sleep 8-9 people The house also includes a 4moms pack n’ play for the little one, which can be placed in any of the 3 bedrooms.
Recent additions to the garage include a foosball table, ping pong table, and TV for entertaining. Bikes and a beach wagon are provided to make your trip to the beach easier. Need an extra chair? Don't worry we have a handful available for use as well!

LDW Getaway
My family of 4 rented the house for Labor Day Weekend. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the game area under the house. Walking to some of our favorite spots was a breeze. Andrea was great and highly communicative. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to vacation
Lovely home and amenities. My son loved playing with the foosball and ping pong tables. Bikes, boards, games and beach chairs it had everything you could need. Host was very communicative and friendly.

Great trip to LBI
Great place to stay. Location was very convenient. Quick walk to the bay, beach and shops in Surf City. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the deck and playing foosball. We will definitely return next year.

Great vacation
My family and I stayed at this home for a week in July and had a fantastic experience. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location—just a few blocks from both the beach and the bay—was perfect. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

Wonderful experience
The house was updated, modern, and had more than enough space to accommodate our family and guests. Quiet block but an easy walk to beautiful Surf City beach. Everything you need is a block or two away. Highly recommend this property for families who are looking for a great vacation!
