We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival.

Great Time in LBI
We went down the last weekend of September 2025. The house was amazing and was in a great location. Dan was very helpful. Will Definitely book again.

Absolutely gorgeous!
Dan and his family’s home is absolutely stunning and had everything we needed. We’ve been coming to LBI for 25 years, and you truly can’t beat this location. We enjoyed a fabulous long weekend with family celebrating a 60th birthday, and the elevator was especially helpful for our 91-year-old guest!

Beautiful House. Everything you need for a great vacation. 8 adults where very comfy over Easter Holiday. Elevator was a big plus, for the older adults. Dan the owner was very helpful and available the whole weekend if we needed him. But the house is brand new and we didn’t need to call him. Over all the House and location is a 10 plus.
