Oceanfront House, Private Beach Entrance, 5 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 10)
Our home is right on the beach, near the lifeguard stand. The surfing beach is very close by. There is room to park 2 cars. There is a large deck on the ocean side of the house with a sitting area near the dunes. From there a private walkway takes you over the dunes and to the beach. Rooftop deck offers ocean views over the dunes and a back porch and deck offer sunset views. There is a brick patio in the back with a table chairs and grill, all in the shade of the pine trees. The house is set back, away from the street, allowing more privacy.

Modern kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel, kitchen island has ample cooking tools for your meal prep.. Dining room table can be made to seat 10 with leaves plus kitchen counter seats 3 more.

There are ceiling fans in all rooms. Opening the windows encourages ocean breezes to keep you cool, but of course there is central AC too. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor for elders who don't like stairs, the 1st floor bathroom is also elder friendly. 3 more bedrooms upstairs - 2 queens and one with twins. There is a family room on the second floor as well with a door to small deck and access to the roof deck stairs.

All the attractions of Beach Haven are nearby within walking distance. Fantasy Island amusement park, Bay Village, Thundering Surf water-slide, and Schooner's Wharf shopping are all within blocks. You cannot get any closer to these attractions and still be oceanfront.

We rent Friday to Friday during Summer months (June - Aug) but are flexible in the off season , so you can have a full weekend to enjoy, and share with your friends, if you are so inclined.

Please bring your own linens and towels. 3 queen beds, 4 single beds. We also have a crib.

Perfection!

Our family has stayed here for a few years now and we absolutely love it. The location is amazing and the house accommodates our large family. We look forward to staying again next summer!

This is a great place in a great spot on LBI!

We returned this year and had a great time. The house is well kept, the owners are so friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't be better. We have children ranging from 16 to 1 year old and managed to stay comfortably and without being too annoying to one and other! I highly recommend this rental (though I hope people don't try stealing our week, hahaha!)

Place was awesome, from the kitchen to the beach entrance this house is top notch.

Would stay here again for sure, close to restaurants and bars and you are right on the sand.

Wonderful house, amazing location!

Three generations of our family met at the Weber house for a reunion - a fantastic time was had by all! We've rented here before but hadn't been back in a few years. The house was very comfortable and met all our needs. Plenty of space for all - in particular, it was great having a bedroom and accessible bathroom downstairs for elderly parents, and our teenager loved having her own bedroom and bathroom upstairs (& not having to share with her brother). We cooked all our meals at the house and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed - thank you! Given the off-season time of year we had the beach pretty much to ourselves - had many great walks and time spent on the beach. Private access to the beach was really nice. Watched the sunset from the roof patio (great views) and in the evenings we really enjoyed the fireplace. Great views of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms and the rooftop patio. We spent an afternoon at Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge (closed to the public April 1 - Sept. 1), great for bird watching. Also, recommend Kapler's Pharmacy which is a few short blocks away, their staff was very friendly and they have great gifts, games, etc.
John was great to work with and we love the Weber house! Thanks again for a great visit, we'll definitely be back!

Homey, spacious,warm and comfortable, views of the ocean sounds of the ocean just fabulous!

This home has everything! Beautifully appointed, well equipped, very clean and just a lovely comfortable place to be. Our stay was in the fall and many businesses are closed, but there still are many open within walking distance. The beach is just outside the door and we were fortunate to have beautiful warm weather in the end of October, however if the weather is at all chilly, the beautiful gas fireplace is warm and welcoming. I can't imagine that there is ever not a good time to stay at this property! We really loved it! And have for the past six fall seasons!

Very clean and comfortable

I stayed at the house with 9 of my Nursing School classmates celebrating our 50th year reunion. Some of had not seen each other for that long! They came from all over the United States, as far as California.
I was the "hero" because I found the perfect house. They all loved the place! The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Being right on the beach was fantastic! The weather was great, even with the threat of 4 hurricaines in the Atlantic.
Mr Weber was a pleasure to work with, answering all our queations. All in all we were a group of happy ladies and want to book again next year!!

AWESOME!

We LOVE this property and just returned from our 4th stay in this lovely home. The kitchen is well pointed and the rooms and bathrooms are roomy and clean. The location can't be beat! We parked our car for the week and either biked or walked all around town. It is in walking distance to Fantasy Island, mini golf, the water park, ice cream and fudge shops and more! The new addition of a private path to the beach is great especially for our kids who were able to go back to the house from the beach on their own. We can't recommend this place enough and look forward to returning next summer!

SPRING GETAWAY

Had a wonderful time this past weekend. House was roomy, updated and tastefully furnished.
Kitchen was great for cooking with friends. We loved the little deck on the dunes (there is also a large rear deck).
The bathrooms were clean and roomy. Great house all around-highly recommend!
