CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.

Charming & perfect waterfront home
This was an amazing spot and we really enjoyed our stay. The home is super comfortable, immaculate, with a well-equipped kitchen and full outdoor gear. Being on the water is amazing, we loved the quiet & beauty, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Lockbox access, plentiful parking, and laundry are really convenient. We spent a lot of time in the neighborhood and on LBI, spring in full bloom. The owners are wonderful, great communicators and super helpful. We loved this spot and will definitely come back again :)

Tranquility
91 Mary Alice Rd is the perfect place to rent at the Jersey Shore! The backyard is an outdoor paradise. Two beautiful decks and an additional dock. We enjoyed sunbathing on the deck, crabbing off the dock and kyacking in the lagoon/bay.
Inside the 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed were just enough! Enjoy eating at the dining table looking out over the water. The house is well equipped with all kitchen supplies including spices for cooking. My son seasoned steaks that we cooked outdoors on the Weber grill. The owner answered all questions and was so easy to communicate with. Book your week now....you won't regret it! We can't wait to go back!

Awesome property!
My family and I just came home from staying here and we didn’t want to leave! The house was clean and the owners were super accommodating. The outdoor area was awesome and the bay views are amazing! Highly recommend!
