Enjoy crabbing, fishing, swimming, or boating from brand new 50 foot dock. Book your wedding accommodations with us. Close to wedding venues such as Mallard Island yacht club, Bonnet Island Estate and the all new Hotel LBI. Linens and towels are not included. Located on a quiet cul de sac street with plenty of off street parking. Only a 5 minute car ride to the nearest beach and short ride to the bay by boat.

A Perfect Spot and an even better Sunset!!
What a secret little gem we discovered! Trying to find a house on the island is just so expensive and you still have to drive to get to any water, unless you have an endless budget. Well, thank goodness that assumption was WRONG!! This house is just perfect and with it being on the canal, we were able to bring our boat, as well as paddle boards! Such a perfect setting for happy hour. I mean, the drinks just tasted better with that view:)
The house was clean and inviting, but most importantly, the beds were very comfortable. I learned my lesson about bad beds the hard way, and now it is something I look for in my rentals.
We had a question about the grill (a newbie question) and the owner got back to us immediately since the realtor wasn’t available. Made us feel even better doing business with a nice person, Thanks again Jim!
The pedestrian bridge made it perfect to ride our bikes right onto the island and not deal with any traffic:) And not to mention, when it is time to leave, you don’t feel forced to leave at the crack of dawn, before all the traffic builds up from the other renters leaving. We enjoyed our coffee, went for a paddle and took our time and it was just the perfect ending to an amazing vacation. Such a great time and lasting memories, we will definitely be back next year!

Great Getaway
This house, plus its location and amenities, are the reason why I look forward to visiting LBI each year. The home itself is beautiful with perfectly selected decor to accent the beach feel. A very special touch is the kitesurfing shell artwork hanging in the main living area. The availability of the kayak has been lovely - it is fun to explore the canals! The deck allows for peaceful morning coffees and evening sunsets. The cleanliness of the home is exactly to the degree expected but not something that happens consistently in other places I have rented. It’s a quick drive to the beach or so many great restaurants. I look forward to returning later this summer. I have always enjoyed interacting with the owner - thanks for everything!

Inconsiderate
We stayed last July .. so you know the price was at peak. The best part about being down the beach is the ability to sit on the outside deck. When we got there the umbrella was broken and we let the realtor know asap. Instead of having something sent for us like AMAZON we had no umbrella which meant no sitting outside until that sun started to go down. No AM coffees.. no lunch w the kids.. even no dinners bc the sun was beaming hot. The one bathroom sink was clogged. My husband who is handy fixed it. Something like that would during 4th of July weekend would have cost $200 alone for a plumber just to walk in the door let alone fix it. It was clogged w GOD knows what it was horrific. There were over grown weeds all over the yard as well which was embarrassing when we had anyone stop by. My husband also left a draw filled of clothes. When we texted w his realtor (which he always made her the middle man) to ask if clothes were found she said yes and we made arrangements to leave them out for the neighbors to take home as they live in my town. That never happens so I guess they were just stolen by cleaning ladies. I don’t have a lot of money and saved for this was.. it was so disappointing. I stayed there the year before with no issues but I guess when it came down to investing money he just didn’t want to. He must of never checked in between renters and never thought to give us $ back or like I said send an umbrella to enjoy what is the biggest part of the house. I have pictures and messages letting him know of all the issues. Other than that yeah sitting inside the house was ok if you enjoy that. Oh and yes there was a picnic table on the bottom floor that I’m sure he took out of someone else’s trash bc it was falling apart so we couldn’t even sit there.

Awesome, and then some!
The house is light, airy, and simple, just what I love! The beds are perfect, the kitchen has everything you will need
Plenty of great places to eat, both very local & out on the Island
Starting my day on the deck with coffee w the sounds of the ducks and fish jumping, the smell of the water/beach in the air, then watching the sun set as we fish from the dock and prepare dinner on the grill below! Just returned and I'm booking for next year! You won't be disappointed, I have rented a house in another Jersey shore town prior to this, I will not rent there again, this is "our house" now! Enjoy

Great place!
We just rented this house for 5 weeks and It was everything we needed. The house is clean, cozy and new, and the pictures are very accurate. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with our coffee in the morning and watching the sunsets in the evening. The kayaks were great and so were the bikes. It is a very quick ride over to the beach, and we never had any issues with parking. The out shower shower came in handy too. Jim was very responsive to any questions I had, and I would definitely rent this house again!

Great Home!
Great house to stay on the Lagoon in Beach Haven West, within 5 minutes you're on the beach in LBI. Great alternative for families with children that can enjoy crabbing, biking, kayaking, all equipment provided! Rent a boat or jet skis and dock them right there. Quiet neigh hood very peaceful and serene! Amazing sunsets on the deck!! We will be back!!

Out family of 5 spent the Fourth of July week at this immaculately clean cozy beach themed beautiful home right on the lagoon! There were kayaks to use for our enjoyment and beautiful sunsets to watch from the deck. Below their is another sitting area with nice shade. The dock also can accommodate a boat! It was peaceful and minutes away from fun restaurants and convenient stores.. there were even bikes left for us to enjoy and ride around the neighborhood and stores. I have already put in for two weeks next year and will continue to rent this home! I highly recommend this beautiful home!!!

Perfect for our family
We had such a nice family vacation in this home! Trips to the beach, water park, rides, and shopping were a breeze! Followed by dips in the lagoon! The house is cozy, relaxing, and just plain nice. The outdoor shower was a treat. Everything you need for a relaxing yet fun getaway.
