CANCELLATIONS - Must be made in writing and received by property manager prior to check-in. If the property is re-rented for the original amount, renter will receive the total rental fee. If rented for less than original rate, renter will receive the balance of the rental fee. If the property is not re-rented no refund will be paid. Travel insurance is recommended as no refunds or rental fees paid will be given as a result of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to hurricane or storm-caused evacuations, road closures, inclement weather or any illness/injury to someone within your travel group. 50% due within 7 days upon booking. Final payment is due 21 days prior to check per the lease. If booked less than three weeks from the check-in date, payment in full is required with a certified bank check.
