The middle floor has 3 bedrooms; one junior suite with king bed and ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms each with a full and twin bed with shared full bath with tub. One bedroom has a covered deck. 43" smart TV in each bedroom. This floor also has a full sized washer/dryer, a family room with wet bar, wine cooler, a couch with sofa bed (full), 82" smart TV and a covered front deck where you can relax.
Upstairs on the 3rd floor, the open concept living area has a modern, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a living room with a gas fireplace, 60" smart TV & a dining table that seats 8, 2nd table that seats 4-6, and open deck with gas grill. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment and utensils you'll need to cook and dine in. The king bedroom includes a 60" smart TV and full bath with walk in shower. 3rd floor also has a hallway half bath. A roof top deck is one more level up with views of the bay.
Enjoy the heated salt water pool or read a book in the quiet backyard which includes a shaded bar, picnic table and chairs, lounge chairs, full size refrigerator, gas grill and outside shower.
