Second floor has two master suites each with oversized windows overlooking the ocean, king beds, en suite bathrooms and access to another oceanfront balcony. Indoor kitchen features SubZero and Wolf appliances and is fully equipped with ice machine, wine refrigerator, steam and conventional ovens and a 13-foot island. Outdoor kitchen includes built-in DCS natural gas grill.
First floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and two sets of twin bunkbeds, and a second bedroom with a queen bed and one set of twin bunkbeds, both rooms with a full bathroom access.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% payment of your lease is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50%, pet fees and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Amazing House
We had a fantastic week here! The house is really spectacular being right on the ocean with amazing finishes and thoughtful touches throughout. It provided literally everything we could have imagined we'd need. We opened all the windows and the ocean-facing sliding doors on the third floor every day to capture the breeze. The indoor and the outdoor kitchens were both top-notch, and we spent most of our time on that third floor deck. Our kids loved the rooftop which seemed to be the highest rooftop lounge area as far as we could see. We tried the sauna and the virtual golf, but spent 95% of our time at the beach, on the rooftop, or cooking meals together. The owners were available and immediately responsive when we had a small problem with the elevator. They gave us detailed instructions, restaurant recommendations, and left us some fresh coffee beans and two bottles of wine. Strongly recommend this house and these owners. One note is that the bedrooms down't have blinds so, as long as you don't mind waking early - which we did not - it's not a problem. Strongly recommend this house and these owners.
