Welcome to our well appointed home situated on a private lane in North Beach. 1016C sits on a large beautifully landscaped and night scaped property. It has easy and convenient access to the beach-4 homes from the bay and a 2 minute walk to a private drive deeded access beach. The home is a 3 minute walk to Surf City shops and restaurants. It boasts magnificent bay views from the living areas and decks, enjoy the sunsets from the two large wrap around decks as well as from the living areas. It is a truly unique vacation destination that will afford large groups and families lasting vacation memories.
Our 3700 sq foot home will enable you to enjoy truly relaxing moments and fun times. It features reverse living, an open floor plan,vaulted ceilings, all hard wood floors and many windows overlooking the bay. All furniture,furnishings and appliances are brand new and it is the first year as a rental.
On the top floor, you will find a gourmet kitchen, all new appliances , including a 8 - burner professional stove. The kitchen opens up into a large family and dining room and bar area with additional seating at the kitchen island. Walk thru the French doors onto a large wrap around porch where there are couches, a bar top table with chairs and a table for 8 with an umbrella, and a BBQ grill and gas fire pit.
Also on this floor is the master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a king bed,en suite bathroom with walk- in shower and jacuzzi.There is a powder room off the kitchen area.
The 2nd floor consists of 5 bedrooms, including a Jr. master bedroom with an en suite full bathroom and king bed, with access to the outdoor deck . There are two other bedrooms with king beds, one with a full size crib, one with a queen bed that has access to the deck, one that has 2 full beds and one that has 2 sets of bunk beds and sleeps 4. All rooms have black out Roman shades . There are 2 full bathrooms with tubs and and one bathroom with a shower on this floor. The laundry room is located on this floor with a large capacity washer and dryer. This floor has a beautiful Australian wooden IPE Deck with couches and sitting areas.
On the first floor, off the entrance boasts a large entertainment room with a pool table,with bar area with a bar shelf and stools on the perimeter of the room .There is also a state of the art TV with surround sound .
The bottom floor hosts an additional room for relaxing with a TV and a pull out couch. The closet is filled with games and toys for all ages to enjoy both inside and out. You will enjoy our family friendly atmosphere !
There are 2 brand new outdoor showers, each with a separate entrance and changing area. Also provided are 10 beach badges, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart. SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE INCLUDED. This is a pet and smoke free home and property.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
