This home is perfect for an easy, enjoyable LBI vacation! It has an open concept with 4 levels of living space. Step outside to the brick patio with gas grill, large outdoor table with retractable awning for shade. Nearby is a seating area with Adirondack chairs and umbrellas.

Ground level floor also hosts the laundry, shower and half bath. First floor has a bathroom with shower and bedroom with queen size bed. Second floor has ocean views from master bedroom with private bath. Off the master bath is an area for those that need to work or a great spot for a puzzle or game. There are two other bedrooms on this floor that share a bath with shower. One bedroom is a queen size bed and the other holds two twin beds. Some feel the best spot is the loft area, that has four twin beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and plenty of windows for ocean breeze. Air conditioner is in master bedroom and main level. Home is centrally located on island, walkable to tons of restaurants, mini golf, docks for crabbing, kayak rentals, and ice cream.

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
