Best location spacious house!
My family of 5 had plenty of space in this amazingly located house. The outdoor space and hot tub were huge perks and the owner was always easy to communicate with and super helpful and nice!

Great stay!
Location, location, location! This is the perfect location for a stay in LBI! The teenagers could walk to Bay Village, mini golf, etc. The adults could walk to all of the best restaurants on the island. We didn’t use our car once!
The owner answered all of our questions and returned our deposit promptly after our stay.

Perfect beach bungalow
We rented this house for our adult children to stay for a long weekend. House is adorable. Location is perfect. Walking distance to just about everything in Beach Haven. Would totally recommend this vacation rental!

Great house, terrible owner
The house was great. The owner, MaryClair, is extremely unprofessional and rude. She took our entire deposit for things we did not do. She stated we broke the dryer when none of our guests used it. She stated there was a $500 fee for using the hot tub, although that wasn't listed in the lease agreement or anywhere in the house, and she never mentioned this until we left. I replied to her emails numerous times and was ignored.
I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you want to help MaryClair pay for fixes that her house already needs.
