Looking for a lovely oceanfront getaway? This updated, oceanfront CONDO has 2 bedrooms: 1 queen bedroom and 1 bedroom with a single over full bunk bed and a trundle. Gorgeous and relaxing ocean views from roof deck! This two bedroom condo is located in an oceanfront building with gorgeous views of the ocean and bay. We are located just two blocks south of the Beach Haven border, close to all the restaurants and shops but just far enough south to enjoy quiet, wide beaches. 2 blocks to pickleball, ice cream and a deli!
Amenities include 3 TVs, a gas grill, Wi-Fi, A/C, well equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, 4 beach badges, lifeguarded wide beach in front of condo, outside private shower, private roof deck area (not shared with other condos) & 2 parking spaces. This property accepts 1 small dog under 40 pounds. If you have a small, well behaved dog they are welcome here! We no longer accept cats due to some unfortunate and expensive experiences. This is a condo attached to other units.

This is an attached condo with only 4 units contained in 1 oceanfront building - all on 1 floor so nobody is above or beneath you. Each corner of the building is a separate condo. This unit is street/bay facing and beach access is on the left side of the building (see pictures). There are 2 units facing the beach and 2 units facing the street/bay (ours is one). The location is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border (which is at Grosser St).
We often get asked about the configuration of the condo units and the roof decks so here is my attempt to explain (but please call or text me if it’s not clear.) Each unit has separate entry stairs to their own personal ‘main floor deck’ and the door to each unit is entered from that deck. There is a staircase to the roof deck and the staircase is shared by two units but once you get upstairs, there is a divider between the 2 sides of the roof deck so you have your own space and furniture. The pictures shown represent ONLY your section of the roof deck. Then the 2 units that face the beach have a similar set up with a totally separate roof deck and totally separate staircase.
DIRECTIONS: 72 East - Cross the bridge to LBI, turn right on Long Beach Blvd. Pass the main town of Beach Haven. Marshall St is the cross street so be prepared to turn into the parking spot right after Marshall St. There is a large stand of pine trees on the left and the building is immediately behind those trees so be prepared to turn in right behind the trees.
LBI is 18 miles long with pristine beaches. It is rated in the top 20 of best beaches in the USA. Enjoy swimming, boogie boarding, tanning, surfing, kayaking, boating, fishing, windsurfing, parasailing, sailing, biking, hiking, walking, mini golfing and shopping. An Indoor all year round indoor pool is located at St. Francis; fabulous restaurants; 1 mile to bird sanctuary; close to golf courses, Atlantic City and Tuckerton Seaport.

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 10% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

We had a small technical issue when we checked in, but it was quickly remedied. Whitney was great to communicate with, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We will be back to stay again.

First class experience!
My wife, my 9 month year old son, and I had a great time in this spotless and perfect size 2 bedroom suite in Holgate. I don’t think the pictures do it justice- we were right on the beach, perfect location, and the set up of the kitchen/bathroom/bedrooms worked perfectly for my wife and I taking our son on his first trip to the beach. Absolutely first class experience!!

Highly recommend
We are selling our home at home and went away for the weekend to be out of the way. This was perfect and great that we could bring our dog with us. Just enough space. Wish weather was nicer so we could enjoy the outside space. Owner was very responsive and accommodating to our check in and check out times. Highly recommend.

Immaculate
This is our second visit to this property and as per our first visit, it is cleaned immaculately it smells fresh. The linens are clean. The toilet is clean. The kitchen is spotless. I could go on all day just about the cleanliness and then it’s right on the beach, the rooftop Deck, I can’t say enough great things about this place. If you’re lucky enough to get to stay here you will not regret it!! It lacks absolutely nothing. They even let us bring our small to medium size dog Moses this place is an absolute blessing.

We didn’t know what to expect when booking this property since we never rented from here before. I must say it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The house was small but perfect for my husband and I & our dog. It was so close to the beach so we made quite a few trips there. Also the rooftop was perfect for viewing the sunrise & sunset. We really appreciated the outdoor gates because we could let our dog out with us & she couldn’t escape! The inside of the house was so clean & decorated perfectly. We were very comfortable there & wish we could have stayed longer. I definitely give this trip 5 stars & hope we can return again next year.
