Very quiet residential neighborhood perfect for extended families or friends looking for a luxury retreat. Accommodations can be set up to your needs. Each bedroom could be used as a King or 2 singles if you have kids. Just specify what you would like for your week and the rooms will be set up accordingly! Unit includes: brand new kitchen with dishwasher, marble countertops, bathtub/shower, shared laundry, WIFI, Fire TV. Upstairs unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bath with private outdoor deck. Downstairs unit is a 2 bedroom with Den which has a trundle bed to be used as media room or extra bedroom. There is also an outdoor table, bbq, outdoor shower, outdoor couch and conversation areas. Professionally decorated furniture and for a luxury hotel experience. Would prefer to rent as one house, but willing to split up. $3200 upstairs, $3600 downstairs, $6500 for both!!!!!! Towel and linens can be provided at an additional charge.

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.

Beautiful, Convenient & Relaxing!
A couple friends and I rented this property for an elongated Labor Day weekend, and I am so glad we stayed here! We rented the bottom unit, and it was perfect for the 5 of us. I was able to cook almost every morning and night while my friends sat around the beautiful and roomy island/living room area. We would drink our morning coffees outside the front door where there is a little porch & table/chairs. It was a quick drive to town and an even quicker walk to the beach. The homeowner was absolutely lovely and was always a text away when we had questions or needed anything. The location overall was perfect for our small group and we have already decided that we will be back next year - hopefully on more than one occasion! Thank you for having us!!

Cozy Apartment, Perfect for Family
This apartment was absolutely perfect for my family of 4. Perfect bedroom spaces and cozy living room and kitchen. Everything was very modern, clean and beautifully decorated. Felt like staying in a hotel instead of an old beach house. The owner was attentive and kind and helped us with EVERYTHING we needed. Highly recommend this property for you and your family. You can rent the whole house with another family as well. We will be returning next summer.

Perfect for Us!
What a great space for our multigenerational vacation week in LBI. The two units had everything we needed, along with the perfect amount of space to accomodate my father, my husband and I, and my teens. The home is perfectly located within walking distance to both the bay (stunning sunsets) and the beach. It was a nice walk or quick bike ride to restaurants and shopping. The perfect spot to become reaquianted with the island. We will surely be back!
