Description

Enjoy magical views of the bay in front of Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club. Park the car and leave it while staying in our bayfront retreat. We are conveniently located in the heart of Beach Haven, on a quiet private street. It is a quick walk (3 blocks) up to the beach, or enjoy private bay access to launch your kayak or paddleboard. Tennis courts are just around the corner. Tons of restaurants, shops, waterpark, mini-golf and Bay Village are all in walking distance.

At the end of the day, relax with an outdoor shower, grab a drink, BBQ and watch the beautiful sunset on the large deck.
This is a quiet neighborhood and we are looking for well-mannered guests to enjoy our little slice of heaven of LBI!

Long Beach Island Information: LBI has been ranked as one of the top beach areas in the United States. There is a vast selection of wonderful restaurants and shops -- 'downtown' Beach Haven is walking distance away. The beaches are family oriented and the sand is soft. You will park your car for the week, as bikes and walking are the Beach Haven preferred means of transportation. There is sport fishing, parasailing, shopping, miniature golf, ice cream, live theatre and outdoor concerts -- all within a walk or short bike ride away.

We are selective with our renters as we are close friends with our neighbors and wish to keep it that way.

In agreement to have a clear picture of calendar availability, a non-refundable, no cancelation policy is agreed upon for the openness and availability of our renters. We value our family's experiences and will consider rare hardship circumstances in writing up to 90 days prior with a 10 % nonrefundable fee. If we are unable to re-book the dates the fee will be non-refundable.
3) HURRICANES & TROPICAL STORMS - There are NO REFUNDS for hurricanes, tropical storms, or weather conditions, even if a mandatory evacuation is ordered (optional travel insurance is offered for Renters protection or Renter may obtain through a third party. Renter ASSUMES THE RISK).

Security deposit

Booking Deposit: 50% of the chosen weekly rates will be made payable to the owner along with signing the lease agreement. The remaining balance shall be paid in full 60 days before arrival. Our calendar will not show booked until the booking deposit is received and cleared.

A separate refundable property damage Deposit: $500. Once confirmed that no damage is recorded, a full refund will be granted at the end of our lease agreement.

Location, location, location!

Amazing much needed week in LBI. We were so happy to be able to bring our 4 legged family member along with us????
We couldn’t of asked for better weather conditions. What a great beach week.
This house is in an amazing location, close to all restaurants and stores. We parked and didn’t use the car all week. Bike ride or walk anywhere with ease. Being right on Little Egg Harbor on the bay front was such a great backdrop. Sitting watching the boats and paddle boarders go by while drinking our morning coffee was a perfect start to each day.
The owners Spencer and Laura were so great to work with, very responsive and friendly to any of our questions or needs.

What a great vacation

I've been coming to Beach Haven my whole life and I love the beaches, restaurants and seeing family and old friends. The location of this beach house is amazing. It's just a few blocks to everything. The views and sunsets are incredible. Can't wait to come back next summer. Thank you for everything. It was a perfect week.
