Newly renovated, large beach house in a great neighborhood on the bay side. 2 minutes south of the causeway. (Easy on - Easy off). 5 min walk, 2 minute bike ride to beach (beach wagon at the house!). Two blocks to great restaurants, ice cream, Ship Bottom Shellfish, Ship Bottom Ice Cream, and our favorite: Burger 25. Beach Haven, amusement parks, water parks, and Bay Village are a ten minute drive south. It's a nearly perfect location!

*Bedroom ONE - large bunk room with 2 sets of bunkbeds. Full over full, and twin over twin (four beds total). With door to private deck facing the bay
*Bedroom TWO - bedroom with queen bed, windows facing the bay
*Bedroom THREE -bedroom with two twin beds
*Bedroom FOUR - queen bed, windows facing the bay
*Large hall bath with soaker tub and separate shower
*Sitting room with vaulted ceiling, and 58" flatscreen smart TV, desk workstation (if you need to write your novel or catch up on emails)
*Door to second deck facing the bay
*Ample closet space all around, including a huge walk in hall closet.
*Bedroom FIVE: very large bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan, 55" flatscreen TV, windows facing the bay, and vaulted ceilings
*Very large master bath with soaker bath tub, double sink vanity, and separate shower (access through the sitting room).
Brand new memory foam mattresses in every bed!
House is centrally air conditioned - three zones. Front porch has two ceiling fans for those lemonade and sunset evenings! House has no less than 7 brand new smoke/co detectors upstairs and downstairs. Wonderful upgraded bright lighting throughout the house!
Great walkable neighborhood with a connecting set of back streets running along the bay that are rarely driven on - great for biking and walking. House is just steps from the bay, and faces the bay from almost every room in the house. House is on a very spacious corner lot. Room on the front lawn to throw a ball, or play frisbee. Backyard has been redone with a full stone paver patio, brand new heated saltwater pool, and fully equipped with everything you need for a great and relaxing beach week. There is a box of pool toys, and there are beach toys in the garage, including 5 adult beach cruiser bicycles, and one kid's bike. There is a beach wagon, some umbrellas, even some bike locks and sand anchors for the umbrellas and.......
KAYAKING AND WATER ACCESS: A one minute walk from the front door, there is a sweet little park facing the bay, which is a great place to hang in the evenings. But, the park has a tiny secret - in the form of a tiny public beach that provides "zero entry" with enough space to launch a paddleboard or a kayak, or just to play in the bay with some toys. So the BIG NEWS is that we are going to include 2 KAYAKS in the garage for guests to use. So, bring the kayaks up the street, and launch into the bay! Also, there is a wonderful bay beach that is a 2 minute drive from the front door as well, or a five minute bike ride.
10 BEACH BADGES are included for your use.
ACME Supermarket is about 7 minutes drive to the south. Beach Haven and Bay Village are an easy 10 minute drive to the south - (shops, restaurants, fireworks, water park, Fantasy Island amusement park) plus at least 4 mini golf courses are within a six minute drive.
CHANGEOVER DAY is SUNDAY- TO SUNDAY. This is a big plus - the island is much quieter on Sundays, much easier when you arrive, and much easier at the end of your stay. You will arrive more relaxed and stay more relaxed after!

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

Great LBI stay!
This house was everything we needed for our family vacation in LBI. The house was super clean, spacious, and had everything you’d need for a fun getaway. It was also very kid friendly! The pool and backyard was our favorite part with a beautiful heated pool- it was the ultimate relaxation spot. The proximity to the bay, parks, and beach was perfect! Family Summer Vacation
Beautiful home and great location. Close to the beach with plenty of space for everyone in the family. Cozy heated pool to come back to after the beach with wonderful outdoor showers. Owners were out of the country while we were renting but very responsive and available via text every day. Will definitely be renting from them again.

Beautiful Home, Ideal Location
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We especially loved the location- on a quiet, well-maintained street, walking distance to Burger25, bagels, an ice cream shop, mini golf, shopping, restaurants, and of course the beach. Ample amenities for guests, including multiple bikes, pool, ovens, range, as well as everyday supplies. The 2 outdoor showers and seating in the backyard were amazing. Beds super comfortable. Pretty much everything you could ask for AND MORE! Very accessible and thoughtful home owners as well.

Awesome house, pool and location
This property was awesome for our family vacation this year. It is one of the cleanest and well kept houses we have been in. Short walk to the beach and fantastic sunsets on the bay. We spent days at the beach and came back to enjoy a fun time by the pool. The nights by the fire pit and pool were very relaxing. Peter was very receptive to our needs and a wonderful host. He supplied us with bikes, wagon, beach chairs and toys. The property is close to restaurants, shopping and stores. We would definitely recommend this property for a family vacation.

Our family vacation
We held our annual family gathering at Casa Vista the week of July 4. The house was very comfortable and easily accommodated all 14 of us. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all the extra touches that made our stay so special. It was great to be able to ride bikes to the beach. We spent a lot of time at the pool and marveled at the magical lights and outdoor showers. The neighborhood was walkable and we enjoyed fireworks and sunsets at the bay. Peter was an attentive and responsive host . We had a great time.

Great house, great location!
We rented this house Aug 21-28th. The house is huge, clean and has a great backyard. We loved the location. Walking distance to he beach, or the bay beach, and a little playground just across the street. Perfect for the kids!
It had everything we needed and more. Many bikes, beach chairs and a wagon. And the even some pool toys! Super convenient.
Peter was great. Responded quickly if we had any questions. We would definitely rent again!

Fabulous House/Awesome Host
This rental property is incredible! It exceeded our expectations. Huge house with lots of space for a large family. The house is very clean and well stocked. Beautifully landscaped backyard with a new heated pool. Bikes, beach chairs, and wagon were a nice addition. Great location! Quiet neighborhood on the bay. Short walk to the beach. Peter the owner is very friendly and accommodating. He is very helpful and quick to respond. Peter has thought of everything to make your stay a truly enjoyable one.

Great House, Great Host!
The house was perfect for our family getaway. Great location, close to the beach, beautiful sunsets every night right outside the front door.
