Full bath with stand up shower. No Tub.
AC/Heat. Internet. 2 TVs with Roku.
Dedicated propane grill and fully enclosed outdoor shower.
Private yard for cottage guests only with paver patio, table and umbrella.
No Linens, towels or blankets provided. Pillows are provide. Pillows and mattress have protectors and are sanitized during cleanings.
Guarded beach. On street parking only--no driveway.
No pets. Strict policy please do not ask.
The cottage is located behind the main house. The main house may be occupied by the owner or guests during your stay.

If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.

Great Place!
Had an awesome little vacation staying here! It was clean, great location, amazing balcony. It’s definitely influenced myself and my guests to make going to LBI a new annual tradition. I loved that each bedroom had its own AC unit. Highly recommend staying here!
