One of a kind custom 5 BR, 6BA home.
Oversized windows provide natural light, CAC keeps all comfortable. Pro designed yard-covered patio [HDTV] & in-ground, heated POOL. Open Air REC SPACE-video gaming & pool table. Kids of all ages entertained while you relax at the beach, pool, patio or decks.
The space
Our house is on the Ocean block so no streets to cross to get onto the beach & steps from the center of "downtown" Surf City, across the street from ScoJo's restaurant. I'm more than happy to provide info on potential places to eat & of potential interest (ice cream parlors, coffee shop, bike rental, 5&10;, etc). All within a few blocks.
I provide a gas grill, located on the back patio deck. There is wi-fi internet, 40" flat screen in the family room. I include 4 beach badges with the house as well.

Enjoyed our stay!
We really enjoyed our stay with extended family-the house and yard are beautiful and the location is perfect! The kitchen is well stocked with everything we need for a multiple week stay and opens to the living room for nice quality time. The house has tons of bathrooms which made it great for our large family and friends without anyone having to share. There are TVs all over and the downstairs rec area is a great addition. Chris was extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Pure Perfection
One of the BEST weeks of our summer. We stumbled upon this amazingly designed home that includes everything you could possibly need for a family beach trip. Having grandparents and kids of different ages this house has it all. The location is perfect, the pool and elevator are added bonuses and Chris is outstanding to rent from. He is available for you and incredibly informative if you have any questions. You cannot go wrong staying in their beautiful home.

Beautiful Home - Fabulous Location!
We were lucky enough to secure this beautiful home for our family of 10! Every aspect was perfect! A kitchen that was easy for everyone to cook as a team …and of course a grill! Bedrooms that accommodated each family and the grand boys loved the bunk room!
Hours were spent playing ping pong….swimming in the pool after our quick walk to and from the beach on the beach block!
Ice cream every night…across the street and a short walk for morning brew!
We will return to this perfect (very clean) beach house next summer to make more family memories! Thanks Chris!

The perfect house in the perfect location
We can’t say enough about this beautifully modern house that is an excellent destination for extended family or friends. It is fully stocked with everything you need from the kitchen to the rec room/garage to all the beach accoutrements! It is pristine and kept beautifully. Perfect location so littles can walk to the beach (lifeguard stand is right there) and the pool is just the bonus that pushes it over the top. The views are stunning and we love the location. We have stayed there for 3 yrs in a row with both family and friends and everyone walks away agreeing it is a gem. There is truly no reason to look anywhere else. Chris is super attentive and responsive.

Amazing Stay, Wonderful House and Host
My wife and I have been renting on LBI for about 25 years now, and this was the most memorable vacation home we’ve ever booked. First, the owner, Chris, was an absolute wonderful host. We had fast and east access to him throughout the week for our little questions, and he was nothing but gracious and friendly the entire trip. Second, this home was perfect for a family like ours. Three small children who loved the pool, TVs everywhere, wonderful porches and rooftop areas to hang out, as well as a pool/ping pong table right next to the outdoor TV. The house was spotless, Chris went above and beyond with the decor and amenities. Lastly, about a 1 minute walk to the beach. Couldn’t ask for more, hope we can do it again next year. This beach house will not disappoint you!!!

Amazing house , location and host . I would come back multiple times every year !
Before we even got to the house , the owner Chris, was extremely responsive and very accommodating. From to start to end , we couldn’t ask for a better host and we have stayed and many different shore rentals over the past years. The location of the house cannot be beat , it is located in Ocean block so it’s a quick few houses to the sand and do not have to cross any streets . Great for large groups and kids . Across the street is an excellent restaurant and ice cream place , one block away was many other stores and places to eat . The house itself had TONS of space , multiple eating areas , an amazing deck with large table and the first floor is loaded with amenities for the entire family . Ping Pong table , pool table , multiple TVs and then the amazing swimming pool . We loved relaxing indoor/outdoor style with the pool next to ground level amenities for the family . Everything is brand new too ! This is the new hidden gem of LBI until everyone starts to repeat stay here !

Hands Down Best Beach House in LBI
I spent a week at this house with my family and wish it could have been a month! We immediately decided we would book again for the following summer.
The house is enormous and spacious so everyone had plenty of room - and, it is in pristine condition! There is an incredible amount of attention paid into every detail and to top it off the house is a smart house and super tech savvy (an ipad is there with loads of recommendations etc).
Everyone had their own room and bathroom, the outdoor pool was OUTSTANDING, and best of all there is an elevator which was incredibly helpful for my mother who has mobility issues.
The house is within steps to the beach and tons of comfortable beach chairs are all at the house for you. It is the absolute best location and within walking distance to the best coffee spot, mini golf, ice cream, restaurants, etc.
The best part of the house are the views. There is a rooftop deck (I think it is the tallest house in the area?) with views of both the ocean and the bay. The sunsets were incredible.
We cooked most nights and everything you could have possibly needed to cook was stocked in the kitchen. And of course we were thankful for the dishwasher! In addition to the dining room table, there is also a table outside on the deck for meals outside.
The floor ground pool area was the perfect hangout spot. There is a pool table and TV in the game room on the bottom floor. A door opens to the yard which has a covered outdoor area with a TV and then the yard with the pool and cornhole (there is an amazing grill outside as well!)
It was the cleanest, best designed summer house I have ever seen/stayed in and I cannot wait to return! 5 stars all around!
