Beach Haven House
Look no further for a 5 star LBI vacation home for a relaxing beach vacation! The location was fantastic in walking distance to popular Beach Haven restaurants and Bay Village. The most difficult decision of the day is whether to relax by the beautiful pool or stroll over to the beach with the conveniently supplied beach carts, umbrellas and chairs! The owner Jon is available for any questions. Highly recommend!!

Best rental
Don't hesitate to rent this place! Excellent, comfortable home and the owner is super responsive and helpful. We were there with 4 young teens. They liked the pool, the location (easy access to the beach, the bay, and places to eat), the 'teen night club' in the area, and the gaming console! The kitchen had everything you'd need, including sharp knives--the owners must like to cook. Comfortable beds, great layout and lots of hang-out areas. We have family in the area--it was so easy to entertain here. A few other pluses: washer/dryer on top floor and on the ground level for towels. Nice ice maker, coolers, pool toys, great bikes, etc. We have rented many places over the years--this was the most comfortable. The street was a little noisy on Friday and Saturday evenings only, but was okay with the windows closed and A/C on- (and the top 3 bedrooms don't face the street). We/ve recommended this place to several friends and family already.

Awesome house for the whole family!!!
Great house in Beach Haven. Perfect location for the beach, local restaurants, and night life. My family had a great time, and the owner Jon was extremely helpful and made the whole week easy and carefree. Highly Recommend!!!

Summer 2022
My family had the best vacation ever at this 415 oasis:). This home is the perfect setting for a fun- filled, relaxing, family beach vacation. From the enclosed deck (our fav spot) to the four balconies including a huge rooftop to watch the sun rise or set, to the wide underground pool and two spacious, bright family rooms; this home provided a space for everyone to enjoy something amazing! Beyond the space, the amenities were endless...literally never stayed in a home with every need perfectly, thoughtfully provided...and we have stayed in many beach homes across both coasts! From bikes to towels to games and cookware..there was nothing I could think of that wasn't there for us and no less immaculate and top of the line. The location is prime too...kids went crabbing off the dock everyday..walked to fantasy island, we walked to the best restaurants, stores..the beach is steps away from the seashell bar for drinks and seafood..it's central to everything Beach Haven has to offer! I can't say enough about the owners either...always checking in on our happiness and offering anything from advice on things to do to more amenities and comfort! Thank you will never cover it...my family has made the best summer memories here that will last us a lifetime. We'd be so lucky to stay here again!
