Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Seaside bliss
My family and I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom home on LBI. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the open concept design that seamlessly connected the dining, living, and kitchen areas. The kitchen island quickly became the hub of our vacation, where we gathered each morning for breakfast and shared stories over dinner.
Being only 5 doors away from the beach made it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy long walks along the shore or simply relax and soak up the sun.
The entire house was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
We couldn't have asked for a better location or accommodation for our beach getaway. The rental agency was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the booking process, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect. We're already planning our return trip on LBI!
