Description
Located in Brant Beach on LBI, NJ - Enjoy our luxurious vacation home on the Atlantic Ocean. Our home is located on one of the highest points on LBI. There are three floors with magnificent ocean views. An open reverse living design, the top floor offers a large living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath, including an 180 degree ocean front wrap around fiberglass deck with lounge chairs and outside dining table and chairs. Our home includes early morning sunrise views over the ocean and sunset views over Barnegat Bay.
The middle floor sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 4 Twins) plus 2 bathrooms including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom including Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. 3 bedrooms have ocean views and direct access to a covered deck. This floor also includes a utility room with washer/dryer & the A/C Unit.
The ground floor includes the entrance way, private outside hot & cold water showers, gas grill, paved patio with outside dining table with umbrella, additional pole & foot showers, towel drying line, beach & lounge chairs, three car enclosed garage, utility sink, etc.
90 minute drive to New York City, 90 minutes to Philadelphia, 30 minutes to Atlantic City, plus buses to NYC, Phily, and AC.
We are now taking reservations for the 2024 Summer Season. We only rent by the week and a rental week is from Saturday to Saturday (arrive after 2PM & depart before 10AM)
2024 Summer Season Weekly Rental Rate is $14,900 per week.
Before renting, we must speak with you or correspond through text or email regarding your needs & requirements and our rental policies. I am the owner and my name is Andrew Ezzell and my mobile number is 941-924-0025 and I reside in Sarasota, FL. My email address is [email protected]. If you are interested in renting our home, please contact me by phone or email.
Once we agree and decide to proceed with the rental, I will send you a copy of our Rental Agreement with all the terms and agreements. You will then sign this agreement and return it along with a $1,000 security deposit and a 50% rental deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start of the rental week.
Our liability insurance policy does not cover the following items:
We are a pet free home: we have family members and renters that are allergic to pets, therefore, we do not allow pets to be included in our rentals and our liability insurance policy does not cover pets. For those that need it, we have a local neighbor that provides pet boarding and walking services for our renters.
Our home is NOT available for large parties, weddings, anniversaries, proms, graduations, etc. Our liability insurance policy does not allow these events to take place in our home.

About the owner: My wife, JoAnn, and I live in Sarasota, FL and rent our LBI home in June, July, August and September. We both worked at AT&T and Bell Laboratories in New Jersey before taking positions with AT&T in Hong Kong for the Asia/Pacific Region.
Why the Owner Chose Brant Beach, Long Beach Township, NJ, USA:
We bought our ocean front home in Brant Beach, NJ because it was near our residence in Berkeley Heights, NJ. At the time we both worked at AT&T and used our LBI home on weekends and for vacations until AT&T assigned us to jobs in Hong Kong for 7 years. When we returned to the US, we moved to Sarasota, FL. We still have family and friends in and around NJ and use LBI as a family gathering place.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Our LBI home is centrally located in New Jersey in a wonderfully diverse area. You are on the Atlantic Ocean and have access to fishing, boating, surfing, kayaking, the Pine Barons National Reserve, cranberry bogs, camping, hunting, etc. We are 30 minutes from Atlantic City, NJ where there are casino's, popular entertainment and shows. We are 90 minutes to New York City and Philadelphia with access to sporting events, historical tours and first class food and entertainment.

we loved this home and will definitely come back. the best we have had in many years at LBI.
this is a house that felt like a home, from the beautiful art work throughout to a kitchen that has everything necessary to cook and serve for a family or a dinner party. the bedrooms are all spacious, plenty of closet room. there was even an empty cupboard for our groceries in the kitchen. the great room is terrific with 3 walls of glass and sliding doors that gave us an 180 degree beach and ocean view. the upper deck is really special because it has shaded areas as well full sun. the lower deck is spacious, there is plenty of room between it and the dune, so it is bright and airy. the outdoor shower is also airy and comfortable. altogether there was nothing I would change or add.

Policies
Cancellations will be charged 10% of the gross rent if the property is re-rented for the full amount. If the property is not re-rented for the full amount, the renter will be charged the difference between their rental rate and the new rental rate. All cancellations must be in writing. Your reservation will be in effect upon the owner receipt of your deposit and the cancellation policy will apply. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, including hurricanes, or for events/activities beyond the control of the OWNER. We recommend all guests purchase the Travel Guard trip insurance offered by VRLBI or other companies to cover the cost of any possible cancellations. The cost of this insurance is approximately 10% of the total rental cost paid.
No large parties or celebratory events. (Liability insurance does not cover these events)
No rentals to unrelated groups of people under 25 years of age

Lovely Home
Just finished two weeks at this lovely ocean front home. My family and I had such a wonderful time. The house was immaculate and very well kept . The views are amazing and the decks are so beautiful. The brant beach area is so nice .quiet and very family oriented. This home is so well stocked from kitchen things to beach chairs and umbrellas. The owner is very nice and available if you have questions . I was very sad to leave .

Love this house
I've been staying here with my family for so many years now that I've lost count - we keep coming back because we love it. It's reverse living, so the open upstairs has amazing views of the beach, and we can watch most of the sunset from the kitchen window while making dinner. Weather permitting, we always eat dinner outside on the deck, overlooking the ocean. And there's a little nook just off the main area where I always set up my "office" so I can work as needed and still have views of the ocan. We love the location on the island as well - not far from the bridge so we don't have far to drive when arriving/departing, and we can easily drive or bike to Ship Bottom, Surf City, and even Beach Haven. And being able to walk to Ferrara's for their amazing black-and-white cookies, other baked goods, and ice cream, is absolutely priceless!

Home away from home - highly recommend
This property has everything you need and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking tool you need. The owner is kind enough to share all the beach chairs, umbrellas and accessories. There is nothing that is missing from the home. Its perfectly located in the middle of the island between Beach Haven and northern towns so nothing is too far away. WE walked every morning to the bakery just a couple blocks down the street. The road is quiet bc it has a dead end a couple blocks up. So you mostly get joggers and bikers enjoying the day. We feel so lucky to not only have the amazing view but to have such easy access to the beach. If you forget something at home - no problem - you are right on the beach. In the evening, We would watch our kids fly kites on the beach from the balcony. And in the early morning we would watch the sun rise. I highly recommend the property. Its a no brainer. Thank you to Andrew for being so helpful and communicative.

Glorious ocean front vacation
Our family of 3 generations spent a wonderful week at this amazing ocean front home.
What we liked best was
•the very easy access to the beach
•the spacious decks overlooking the ocean
• the open kitchen/living room layout
• extra refrigerator at entrance level
•fully equipped kitchen
and last, but not least, a host always eager to make our stay perfect . We would recommend this beautiful home to anyone!

BEAUTIFUL BEACH HOME !!!!
What a wonderful family vacation we had at this home. With ages ranging from 20 to 78 we all had a great time. You are close to places to eat, mini golf, and ice cream ( which we took advantage of every evening ). The house is stocked with everything you need and is vey well taken care of, and clean ! You can easily cook a meal for the family or cook on the grill outside. The views are spectacular from every window, and the decks are fabulous to relax on and just watch the ocean.I usually never write a review, but this place was so nice, and Andrew and JoAnn were so helpful with all my crazy questions, It has been a lot of years since we all have been able to be together for a family vacation and we couldn't have asked for a better place or nicer people to rent from.. Thanks so much JoAnn and Andy we hope to be able to come back.....

Amazing Ocean Front Home
We spent a week in August 2015 at this impeccably maintained ocean front home. The layout was perfect for two families, with four children. The large living/kitchen area made entertaining a large group especially easy. The views and setting cannot be beat, with wrap around decks and unobstructed views of the ocean. The owners were responsive before, during and after our visit and made sure that we had everything that we needed for a wonderful week. We plan to return to this special home for years to come!

A SPECTACULAR RETREAT!
Our family has spent three weeks at this breathtaking retreat right on the ocean for the past fifteen years. The rooms are spacious and the views are outstanding. Three of the four bedrooms share a large deck on the lower level facing the ocean. The open concept upstairs has a large kitchen and living room and dining areas with all glass sliders overlooking the ocean. The house has pretty much everything you need to cook, bake, entertain, etc. The owners have always been accessible for questions or concerns and the property is well-maintained. The location is perfect, in the middle of Long Beach Island; minutes from good restaurants and access to the bridge. A wonderful place to spend a week!
