Ground Level: Double garage with ping pong, foosball, beach gear, 8 beach chairs/2 umbrellas, 4 bikes and large washer dryer for those beach towels & extra refrigerator. Half bath, recreation room with queen sofa bed, streaming tv for relaxing, arcade game, sliders to yard with hot tub and outdoor showers. 12 Beach Badges provided.
Level 1: 5 Bedrooms (2 king en suites with walk in closets, private full baths and balconies, streaming tvs, 1 Queen Bedroom with streaming tv, 2 Bedrooms with 3 pyramid bunkbeds and 2 bunks) along with a full bath and another washer/dryer
Level 2: Large gourmet kitchen featuring ample beverage coolers, 2 dishwashers, everything you need to make entertaining a breeze, seating for 12 plus 4 at the island. Half bath, screened porch with gas BBQ off the kitchen, and large living room with fireplace, cable/smart tv, with sliders out to a sun deck and also a covered porch with plenty of seating and an outdoor television.

Wonderful Accommodations and location
We stayed here for a long weekend in September. We could not have been more please with the accommodations. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The indoor/outdoor fireplace was a wonderful edition to the cool September nights. So was the hot tub! We brought our own cornhole boards and was pleasantly surprised to see that there were boards already set up by the hot tub (along with Adirondack chairs). We also held a ping pong tournament that was set up in the beautiful garage (which also held and additional refrigerator). Inside the house, the large dining room table fit our multigenerational family perfectly, especially for our game nights. Although I have to say, the rooftop deck was our favorite. We sat at the high top tables and gazed at the amazing views of the beach and ocean. And let’s not forget - location location location!
We would absolutely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Location, views, space - amazing!
We spent a week here in June 2024 and cannot say enough amazing things about this home! We were 4 adults and 3 kids with plenty of space. It’s a great size, location, and the owners thought of everything. The open great room on the top floor opens up to a beautiful balcony with ocean views, comfortable seating, and a tv. There’s a second deck off the kitchen that’s screened in and perfect for dining! The bedrooms are big with comfortable mattress (2 king master suites!) and great sized bathrooms. The rec room on the first floor is great for kids and the hot tub outside just adds to the fun! The house is well stocked with everything you need for the beach and did I mention perfect location?? 2nd house from the beach and walking distance to the amusement park, shops, and restaurants.

Perfect Family Vacation
Beautiful home with every amenity you could think of. Fantastic views and steps away from Beach. The location on LBI is perfect. Walk to great restaurants and shops. Sunset view are incredible.

Perfect Beach House
This house was absolutely perfect in every way!! It was spacious enough to fit my large family without ever feeling like we were on top of each other. It offered every amenity we needed and was in a perfect location. It was near wonderful shopping and delicious restaurants. The views were beautiful and we enjoyed eating on the screened in deck. I would definitely recommend to families and look forward to renting again!!

Amazing views
I have been renting in LBI with my family for 20 years. We are 15 people and and we were completely comfortable in this home! The outside TV was perfect for the kids to watch at night while the adults stayed inside to watch what we wanted. The rooftop had perfect views of the ocean and being right near the rides was very convenient. Highly recommend this house

Wonderful vacation
We have been renting down in LBI almost 20 years. and being part of a large group with several different families ranging in age from 11-80 I have to say this house provided something for each one of us. From the convenience of being so close to the beach to the proximity to restaurants, shopping and fantasy island this home was perfect. In all honesty I could have just sat on my the deck with that magnificent view all week and been happy!! The owners have done an outstanding job of creating a vacation home that truly makes you want to never leave! Looking forward to returning!

Wonderful Beach Rental
This home had everything we could ask for and more! Great location, so many extra amenities like bikes and badges and chairs. Every kitchen appliance you could ask for and so much more. My family had a most wonderful vacation here at the Sand Castle home.

Best House in LBI!
Location location location! The “Sandcastle” is hands-down the best shore house to spend your LBI vacation! We’ve stayed there twice already! It is two houses off the beach, but you can also walk up the block to Fantasy Island, bike rentals, eateries, all the shops, mini golf, a brewery and more. Our car remained in the driveway the entire vacation because we were able to walk almost everywhere!
The house itself is beyond amazing! It’s a great house for both families and those who just want a fully fun-equipped shore house. The moment you step into the garage you’re greeted with a ping-pong table, a foosball table, beach cruisers, and pretty much anything else you need for the beach.
Once you enter the bottom level it has cool hangout area with a TV, shuffleboard-type arcade game, and a bathroom. There’s a sliding glass door that leads to the jacuzzi and an outdoor shower - who doesn’t love an outdoor shower after the beach?!
The second level is where you catch those beachy Zzzz’s. This level was well thought out, maximizing space and capacity while still maintaining spacious rooms. They even have another washer and dryer set hidden in a large closet! The master suites (2) have their own bathrooms and balconies with views of the ocean - just spectacular.
The next flight of stairs leads to the main floor. Here is where you find one of the most amazing views I’ve seen in a shore house. The house was specifically designed to maximize the views, and it really shows. When you walk out onto the deck it’s almost as if you’re about to walk straight onto the sand. The deck is set on an angle to point straight at the beach (not across the street) and is made entirely of glass. I’ve never seen this. Under the covered part of the deck is an outdoor couch set up in front of a mounted TV! Underneath that TV is a phenomenal fireplace that is also the seen through the wall from the living room. The details in this house are just amazing.
The house has a modern feel to it, you really don’t feel like you’re in a shore house. The kitchen is beautiful, spacious, and well equipped with all appliances including 2 beverage fridges (it even has a Nespresso machine). There’s plenty of seating for family meals and my fave was an adorable setup in the corner with an ocean view, two chairs and a table to have morning coffee. There are TV’s mounted throughout the house, perfect for a rainy evening (or just keeping the kids occupied for a little bit). Every detail is accounted for at the Sandcastle. On top of all this there’s a BONUS: roof deck with an amazing view of the entire ocean.
Overall, this house has it all and more than you would expect from an LBI shore house. For us, nothing is better than being in walking distance of everything and staying in what we think is the best house available. We can’t wait for next visit to the Sandcastle!

This home is beyond beautiful! The owners truly thought of the tenants and their needs when preparing the home. The details in that thought are superior from other properties. Location, views, an incredible home and attentive owners makes for nothing but a true vacation in LBI.
