This oceanside reversed living home is an ideal vacation spot for those looking to enjoy the beach and bay. The house offers four spacious bedrooms, making it suitable for up to 12 people. The first floor has a master bedroom with a king bed and a full bath, along with two more bedrooms. One of these has a queen bed with two twin bunk beds, while the other has a queen with bunk beds (twin on top, full on the bottom). There is also another full bath and convenient washer and dryer on this floor. The second floor of the house features an open concept living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen and a large eating area for family gatherings. You can also step out onto a spacious deck to enjoy breakfast or take in the beautiful sunsets over the bay. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room ensure your comfort. You also have a natural gas Weber grill for outdoor cooking.
A highlight of the property is the large indoor/outdoor entertainment area patio next to a saltwater heated pool. This space is perfect for relaxing with family and friends, and it even features a large outdoor shower with a dressing area.
You will be just a short walk of less than two blocks away from the beach, allowing you to easily enjoy the sun and surf. The location of the house is convenient for exploring Beach Haven. You can walk to various attractions, including Fantasy Island, restaurants like the Black Whale, Tuckers, Bird and Betty's, and The Pearl Street market. There are also nearby amenities like public tennis courts, baseball field, The Surflight Theater, bike rentals, a supermarket and so much more.

Paradise
This amazing home with gracious hosts is what the island is all about ! Walk to everything and enjoy the pool! Bedrooms are large and the home is immaculately kept. Far enough from the hustle to enjoy the peaceful sunset and hear the ocean waves but close enough to not need a car! It’s absolutely perfect. Thank you Jim and Diane for making our dreams come true and for going out of your way to ensure we saw our bench’s placed. Truly amazing people with the heart of the LBI !

Perfect
This house is perfect. You can watch the sunsets every night from 2 balconies or the rooftop deck. Every amenity you can think of is there. The pool is an added bonus. You can walk to everything, the beach, restaurants, and our favorite, Pearl St Market. The house is beautifully decorated. Jim and Diane are wonderful hosts. We will definitely be back.
