Four bedroom, two and half bath and party room with additional sleeping area in newer home with new pool and hot tub for rent in the heart of Beach Haven. Master bedroom with a king size bed,
on suite bathroom, walk-in closet, large-screen TV, sliding glass doors out to balcony with bay view. Two bedrooms with queen size beds, large closets, sliding glass doors and balcony overlooking pool. Bunk bedroom which sleeps five with large closet. Washer and dryer on same floor as bedrooms. Main floor is open floor plan with island and separate bar area with two beverage refrigerators. Fireplace in living room. Sliding glass doors to front and back of home. Covered back deck overlooking pool. Brand-new pool and hot tub with paver backyard with plenty of seating. Covered dining area next to pool with outdoor shower. Beach chairs with 8 beach badges, 4 standup boards, 3 kayaks and 10 bicycles. Ice machine, washer and dryer and refrigerator in garage. Sliding glass doors to pool area from garage recreation room with bunk beds and TV. Front porch of home has view of the bay. Two block walk to beach with bathroom facilities and lifeguard. Bay is one block away with Black Whale, Bird and Bettys and Parkers. Walking distance to anywhere you may want to go in Beach Haven for both kids and adults.
Weekly pool maintenance and garbage can caddy services included.

Wonderful Vacation
My Family and I could not have been happier with our vacation at this property. It was my first time renting a house, and the owner could not have been more helpful and available to our needs. This is the Perfect House! The backyard is second to none!!! …With plenty of lounge chairs and seating.. The pool and hot tub were unbelievable, the kids loved it. There is also a large deck w BBQ overlooking the pool and backyard. The inside is a wide open, spacious floor plan, perfect for a large family and guests!. The house is Walking distance to entertainment and great restaurants.. we didn’t have to use our car once! There were 10 bicycles that made for great rides to the beach and of course ice cream at night!!! Dont forget to sign the surfboard!! Thank you Luis for creating a great home and environment for our Family.

What a great house!
Can't begin to tell you how amazing this house was. The outdoor area with the pool and hot tub is so nice. Inside is clean and updated. Fantastic location with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Bikes and kayaks are very useful as well.

Everything you could want!
This house has literally anything you could want and more. Clean, spacious, great location and the pool/hot tub/outdoor tv and bar greatly enhanced our stay. The owner is extremely attentive and helpful. Highly recommend
