An expansive roof top deck awaits for sun bathing, sunset viewing or star gazing. From the roof top deck you will have panoramic views of the bay and partial ocean views.

Outstanding Owner and Amazing Home
This is a beautiful welcoming beach home - home was spacious and immaculately clean. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of books and puzzles for entertainment. Everything was just perfect!

It’s a beautiful house but it needs a more thorough cleaning and faster response to problems that occur during one’s stay. The dishwasher leaked and didn’t get fixed at all!

This deserves more than 5 stars!
My husband and I wanted a place at the beach that felt like a home. We've been coming to LBI for 9 years. This is the first place we've rented that felt like a home. This has everything and the photos do not do it justice. Separate room for children to watch TV and play board games, amazing open kitchen/ dining room, gorgeous bathrooms, steps to beach and all the beach gear you will need. We cannot wait to return.

Amazing location and big beautiful house
This house has it all. Beach is steps away and the proximity to town was exactly what we were looking for. The house is clean and well equipped for families. We had an incredible stay!

Lovely house, super clean!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Brant Beach House. I particularly appreciated how clean and uncluttered the house was. The owners supplied beach chairs and badges as well as some games. Our older kids liked spending their evenings in the yard. Thank you for providing such a clean house .

Ok stay
We stayed at this house a few weeks ago. I will start off with some positives. Pretty short walk to beach. Spacious. Bathrooms in every room. Now on to the negatives. No chairs or table out side on front patio which everyone loves to sit out on and enjoy their morning coffee….No end tables or lamps in living room or tv room. Instead of nice rugs, the living room looked like they used a rag. The couches in the back room were comfortable but they threw in a wicker chair that was awful. No garbage pails in most bathrooms. The mattresses were nothing to be proud of, pretty cheap and uncomfortable. No keurig… The worst part was no outdoor furniture. Top deck with a small bench. Front porch, nada! 80% of our meat defrosted in the kitchen because the freezer consistently pops open. Over all we had a nice time, but the cost was way too high. For close to 10g you want to have no complaints. Ants, no furniture, they just threw some items in and called it a day. The cost was way too high for that they offered.

Thank you for staying at 2 E. 34th St., I’m glad to hear you had some positives during your stay and had a nice time. The owners of the house take this review to heart as do I as the agent. Since you were their first renter in the house, the feedback is valuable. Additional trash cans are an easy fix. The owners are environmentally conscious and view Keurigs as harmful to the environment which is the reason they don’t have one in their home. They don’t have furniture on the front porch as it offers no privacy which they value. They focused their efforts on the back yard where there is an ample supply of furniture. A consideration will be made to furnish the porch next summer. To say there was no outdoor furniture is simply false and anyone reviewing the photos can see outdoor furniture is there. The owners furnished their home in their preferred style, it is a place where they love to spend their free time. The house is priced according to size, location and market value. I can assure you nothing was thrown in as you suggested, the furnishings were carefully selected.
