Superb, large oceanfront home just steps to guarded ocean beach in Brant Beach. Central air conditioning! Guarded swimming beach. OCEAN VIEWS from the master BR, kitchen/ dining room, living room, & both decks! Great place for FAMILY REUNION! The perfect beach house to SHARE with another family! Separate private living quarters, but still all together in the same house! Sleeps up to twenty (20): sixteen (16) in beds plus four (4) more people in queen sleeper sofas. Built like a duplex, but only rented as a single home. Two completely full kitchens and two living rooms! Two decks and two screened-in porches! Plenty of outdoor furniture! Adirondack chair seating area in the sand just steps from the first floor screened-in porch!

Large 65” screen Sony LED 4K UHD TV and 3 queen sleeper sofas in the 2nd floor living/great room which seats 12 comfortably with a door to a lovely screened-in porch. Upstairs has two bedrooms: A Master bedroom on the oceanside with ocean views with a King bed and a daybed with 2 twin mattresses with a pop-up trundle, also, a TV and ceiling fan and private full bathroom and door to the Oceanside deck. Another bedroom on second floor with 2 twins (can push the twins together to make a king - foam bed connector & king mattress pad in closet) and a twin-over-twin bunk bed & TV, a full bath with stall shower in hall; living room with 3 queen sleepers; eat-in completely full kitchen with dishwasher, double oven with glass cooktop, 2 sinks, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave & granite island with 2 seats; dining room with ceiling fan; 2 oceanview decks and a lovely screened-in porch.
Downstairs has three bedrooms: one bedroom with a queen - and room for a Pack 'n Play, comfy chair & TV and door to full bathroom; one bedroom with 2 twins (can push twins together to make a king - foam bed connector and king mattress pad in closet) and one bedroom with 2 twins and a twin-over-twin bunk bed & TV (separate twins can be pushed together to make a king - foam bed connector & king mattress pad in closet); one and a half baths on first floor, plus an extra stall shower in the garage. LIVING ROOM on the first floor has a pocket door for privacy and brand new-2023 (NO bars, NO springs) queen & twin sleeper sofas & big TV (can be used as a SIXTH BEDROOM!); completely full eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, double oven with glass cooktop, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave oven, sink; a very large screened-in porch off of the kitchen with a built-in bench, large outdoor sofa and table and chairs for 6; and an Adirondack seating area in the sand just steps from the screened-in porch! Built like a duplex, but only rented as a single family home. You can have your own separate, private living quarters, but still be together in the same Beach House with your family and/or friends! Walk 10 blocks (12 minutes) to playground, pickle ball, basketball & volleyball courts, kayak/windsurfer/paddle board launch with rentals available and guarded Bay swimming beach for the little ones.
Walk 7 blocks to Custard Hut ice cream/burger/pizza stand! They deliver!
Walk 3 blocks to Barnegat Bay!
Walk 12 minutes to Daddy-O Restaurant & rooftop bar!
Drive 4 minutes South to Acme Supermarket! Get everything you need for the week! Always great sales!

The Beach House is on Ocean Boulevard - a great road for walking, jogging and biking! Speed limit is 15 mph!

Amusements and water slide are a short drive south in Bay Village in Beach Haven. Shop, shop, shop!!! Unique shops from one end of the Island to the other! Many delicious seafood restaurants and take-out spots and Okie's Specialty Meat Market in Surf City. Go all the way to the North End and climb to the top of Old Barney Lighthouse for an amazing view! While you're there check out Moustache Bill's Diner or Viking Fresh Off the Hook takeout! YUM!!! Many fun shops in Barnegat Light as well: clothing, antiques, tableware, and more!
