CANCELLATIONS: Should you need to cancel your lease or change properties; such requests must be in writing to Sand Dollar Real Estate. We cannot refund any advance payments as they have already been disbursed to the owner. Every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented, your deposit minus a 12% service charge and the $30 processing fee will be returned to you. If we are unable to re-rent the property you will remain responsible for the lease and the balance due, which will be payable 30 days before the original Check-In date.

First payment along with signed lease agreement and other appropriate paperwork due in 7 days. Final payment due 30 days in advance of check-in date.

What a gem!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this beachside property for a long weekend, and we were so pleased with how cozy this place was. It’s literally steps away from the beach, ground floor location made it super easy to bring our stuff in and out of the car from the parking spot directly in front, and the place is furnished with all you could possibly need for a comfy stay. The interior is really well decorated and there’s a lot of space to comfortably fit 5-6 people. There’s also a nice outdoor area in the back to relax and have breakfast or some cocktails which we made use of. The home is centrally located for a short drive to the lighthouse or a quick walk/bike ride to a lot of great spots to eat. This place is a no-brainer if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway without any hassles. Next time I come back down the shore I’m definitely staying here again!
