A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 90 days prior to arrival.

Perfection!
This is our second summer renting this stellar home. The house and location is perfect! There is plenty of space inside and out for 12 of us to hang comfortably (lots of space for our teenagers to disperse and have their own fun). The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The bedrooms have comfy beds and all the bathrooms were pristine. Multiple outdoor spaces offer amazing views of the ocean and the bay. The pool was beautiful and clean - and garage is stocked with all sorts of pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. There is seriously nothing this house is lacking! It is exactly as described in the listing. BTW - the owners rock too :)! They are friendly and responsive. The entire experience - Class Act! This house truly is our happy place - don't hesitate to rent it!

Perfect in every way!
This lovely home was over-the-top perfect for us in every way! Beautiful ocean views, very convenient location, beautifully decorated and appointed. Supplies were plentiful throughout! Bedding and towels were top quality. The kitchen was fully supplied with anything you could wish for cooking, serving, storage. Beautiful Home with Magnificent Views of the Ocean
My family and I had the best vacation while staying at this house which is steps from the beach. It was a perfect location for walking to the beach with my six young grandchildren. The house was beautiful with plenty of space for my entire family and the views from the decks were magnificent. A bonus is the lovely pool in the backyard which was perfect for my older grandchildren while the little ones napped in the afternoons. The perfect house for the perfect LBI vacation!

Gorgeous house with incredible views
We stayed at the house with 3 families of 4. A lot of thought must have been put into this house, everyone loved it!
The common area was great for getting everyone together, and could have held even more. The layout was also great where people could spread out for those times you need a break from your family. :)
The rooftop deck provided amazing views of the ocean and much of the island, and the lower deck with both covered and non-covered portions provided great options for dining/relaxing/just chatting outside.

Great week!
We had a great week at a lovely house! The house was a bit outdated and that makes me feel that the price is a little to high for this house. But the owner was extremely helpful and responsive and the check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. The location of this house is perfect and there’s a lot of space for hanging out and relaxing. The roof deck is a huge bonus, with a 360 degree view if you’re tall enough to look over the pitched roof facing the island side (full beach and ocean view)

This review was for the house prior to the current house on the lot. Same great location but a new house in 2021. Bigger house, better views and a pool.

Pretty much ocean front!
Beautiful property one off the beach. House in front is one story so view from deck is unobstructed. Easy one block walk to restaurants and shops. Everything in the house was as advertised, no surprises. Owner was very responsive (couldn't find one set of bed linens when we arrived, responded to text inquiry immediately). Heading back next year!

Perfect week in Surf City
Wonderful week! Great location. Close to the beach with beautiful views of the ocean from the decks. Living space was perfect. Owner was always responsive and helpful. Loved our week in this house!

Fantastic vacation!
Everything was wonderful - The house was spotless upon arrival. The rooftop deck spectacular! Jill stocked the house with excellent dishes and cookware. The mattresses were very comfortable and she graciously supplied Tommy Bahama beach chairs and boogie boards. We will be back!
