Welcome to Ocean Blue! Our luxurious 5 bedroom, single family home, just a few steps to the life guarded beach. Bring your putters and enjoy a large putting green in the backyard. Located on a quiet street very close to Loveladies. Within a short walk to restaurants, market, shops and ice-cream. The house is over 3300 square feet with a reverse living floor plan. Ocean Blue has breathtaking views of the ocean and the bay. There are three levels (ground, 1st floor, 2nd floor) an elevator, 2 large covered porches, a large roof top deck and 3 additional decks, 2 outdoor showers and plenty of parking. This professionally decorated house is perfect for large and extended families and comfortably sleeps 10.
The 1st floor amenities include: a large family room; with wet bar, Subzero refrigerator, coffee bar, microwave, and dishwasher.The family room has a 55"TV and a large comfy sectional sofa with sliders to the porch. The porch has deep seating teak furniture, and a dining table, great for morning coffee, card games and lounging.
There are 4 bedrooms and a private area with a queen sleeper. 1st bedroom is a Jr. Master bedroom with a King bed, TV, full bath and a balcony. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, TV and sliders to the porch, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV.
The 2nd floor amenities include a large open concept area with a dining room, family room and gourmet kitchen. There is a powder room and a grilling deck. The master bedroom and spa-like bath are also located on this level.The large kitchen has a 6 burner Thermador range,a Subzero refrigerator, and drawer dishwashers. The kitchen is very well equipped. The kitchen has a very large bar which seats 4.The dining room has a large beautiful table that seats 10 and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The family room has a 65" TV, comfy sofa and chairs with plenty of room for entertainment.The large master bedroom has a King size bed,TV, walk-in closet,and a balcony. The full bath off the master has a jetted tub, dual sinks and multi head shower. A nice retreat at the end of a long beach day.The large porch off the dining room and kitchen has a deep seating sofa and 2 club chairs as well as a large teak table that can seat 10+. Beautiful views of the ocean!
Additional amenities include a large roof top deck with beautiful vistas of the ocean,bay and Long Beach Island.The deck has plenty of seating, lounging chairs and cocktail tables. There are 2 large outdoor showers.Linens for all the bedrooms.
10 badges for the beach just steps away. Beach chairs and umbrellas for the whole family. There is plenty of parking.
Our home is perfect for multi-generational families. We do not rent the house for proms, graduations or wedding parties. No Pets.

A vacation home Gem in Harvey Cedars!
Like many folks vacationing on LBI, we feel like we return to our home away from home each year when we come back! This year we had the pleasure of staying at the Ocean Blue house-
In our many years of renting -this is the first year we didn't preview the beach home before securing our date.. In my first contact with the owners (so accommodating and gracious)via phone I was put at ease and felt very comfortable and confident in our choice. The pictures accurately reflect the beautiful home, the location is ideal especially the beautiful breeze comes through on the lovely covered porch and proximity to the guarded beach! Walk to Neptune market, ice cream...bike to the lighthouse!
The home is well stocked -in the kitchen and grill was perfectly placed. The two showers outside were large and were the daily go to for our guests.
We all agreed that this was the best beach home on LBI that we have had the pleasure renting. Step out and enjoy the beautiful sunrises and perfect sunsets! We can't wait to come back!

Awesome Stay, Can't Wait to Return!!!
This home was so elegant and perfect for our family. It was incredibility clean and roomy with great space for entertaining and watching the football games.The view was speculator and the house is only a few feet from the beach. The quiet street was safe for our young children to ride their bikes. Great memories with our friends and family. Will definitely return again this summer and fall. Can't wait. Great owners and easy to work with.

Awesome Vacation!!!
We had such a great time!! The house was incredible, the views were unbelievable and best part, I didn't have to pack a lunch to go to the beach either!! I love that it was only steps from the beach.. My family truly enjoyed walking to everything, never had to get in the car!! I am definitely coming back again! Would highly recommend..
