This beautiful family home is right on the bay and has postcard-perfect harbor views inside and out. With three large decks (one is covered), it is filled with light and always catches gentle breezes off the water. There are 7 public tennis courts right across the street and Fantasy Island--the only amusement park on LBI--is a short walk or bike ride away. Grab breakfast or dinner from the best gourmet and fresh seafood shopsbmw on the island--Pearl Street Market - just one block away.
Spend the day at the beach, play tennis, kayak or bike and then relax (while the kids crab or fish right below!) as you watch the sun set over the bay. Grill the day's fresh catch on the deck and then gather friends and family around the large outdoor dining table--summer beach living at it's best! This home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a refreshing outdoor shower, central AC and has a great room with cathedral ceilings.
Every room has a ceiling fan! There's also a second living room/den (with a pull-out sofa bed)on the second floor that opens onto the covered veranda. Both the master bedroom and guest suite have private baths; the guest suite opens onto the veranda too. It has wonderful amenities, such as Sonos speakers throughout the house and decks, 4 flat screen televisions, and WI-FI internet, even an EV charger in the garage!
Built and furnished for easy living, the house is spacious, elegant and uncluttered. Guests have full use of 2 kayaks, 4 'beach cruiser' bikes, beach chairs, umbrella and 4 beach badges. We welcome adults (over 25, with drivers' license) and families.
Long Beach Island Information: LBI has been ranked as one of the top beach areas in the United States. There is a vast selection of wonderful restaurants and shops -- 'downtown' Beach Haven is walking distance away. The beaches are family oriented and the sand is soft. You will park your car for the week, as bikes and walking are the Beach Haven preferred means of transportation. There is sport fishing, parasailing, shopping, miniature golf, ice cream, live theatre and outdoor concerts -- all within a walk or short bike ride away.

Just returned from our stay at this lovely home, located right on the bay. The owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. We have been coming to LBI for over 20 years and this may be our favorite house. The location right in Beach Haven made walking and biking to all our favorite spots easy. Pearl Street Market is just one block away. Tennis courts are just across the street, kayaking and fishing right in front of the house. The kids enjoyed the independence of going into town on their own. Being right on the bay we were treated to waterfront views and amazing sunsets.
The house itself is larger than we expected despite being a townhouse. This is a reverse living home with a large open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living space on the top floor which accommodated our large group. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. Can't say enough good things about this home and location. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here with our three children and a friend or two for each child. Great location. 3 blocks from beach and an amazing amount of places to eat. Next door to tennis courts. Amazing view for sunset every night from upper deck. Great lower deck for enjoying cover from noon day sun. Owner super responsive to any question. Very comfortable for our large party. Could not think of a better stay in the area.
