Perfect Stay!
We had the very best stay at Shorebird. Before our stay the communication with Alexi was clear and prompt. The house exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for everyone to explore (steps from stores, Fantasy Island, coffeehouses, restaurants). The beach was a close walk as the house was east of the Blvd.
The house is perfectly appointed. The kitchen had everything you need for entertaining. It was also stocked with spices and staples. The house is very clean, and we loved how it had so much space for everyone to spread out. The beds are comfortable and well appointed. The master bath is really beautiful. There are two decks with the top deck perfect for seeing the sunset.
Our favorite spots were the pool and recreation room (in the garage). The rec room had a pool table, ping pong board bar, and fridge/freezer. The pool area features a lovely saltwater pool and a delightful sitting area with comfortable chairs and couches as well as a large table for meals. There are games and books provided. There are several (I think 8) great beach chairs as well as boogie boards etc. We truly loved this home and hope to return again.

Awesome House!
Our family loved staying at this house and the owners were a pleasure to work with! The location is great! We could walk to Bay Village and many restaurants. It is only a short walk to the beach. The house and pool are beautiful and very clean. We loved the covered porches! The pool table and ping pong table were used a lot in the evenings! It had everything we needed and more. We wish we could've stayed longer!

A GREAT HOUSE!
We have rented many houses down the shore, and here is what set this apart for our extended family stay: Walk in Master shower (great for older people) - excellent location for FantasyLand and restaurants, pool has wonderful LED lights for evening swims, and a great COVERED seating area by the pool not see in picture (espesh important for instant shade). All those practical things you need, like outdoor washing line for drying towels, many spices and condiments provided in kitchen, outdoor shower and sandy feet wash. Bonus third floor living room space for the kids to rule (our self-proclaimed kids-zone). The place was spotless, and big enough for each individual family to come together and have time apart!

Best house in LBI
Everything was perfect .. the kids were all upstairs with a separate TV and we were downstairs. Location ideal .. pool was gorgeous and couches outside so comfy. Loved loved loved the covered porch. This house we will rent every year

Great home for Family Vacation
This is an amazing house that is very well equipped. There are 4 great gathering spots- 2 inside and 2 outside which we used during rain periods. The pool is awesome and my grandchildren loved it for after dinner swim. House comes with beach chairs, beach cart and badges. There are videos, games, books, and toys. Kitchen is equipped with everything you
Need. We have gone to LBI for 35 Years and this was by far the VERY BEST and MOST EQUIPPED rental we had. The kitchen table and bar stools accommodated our family perfectly. It is a very, very short walk to ice cream, restaurants and fantasy island. We barely used our car after arrival. The garage was a marvelous hang out for grandkids, with pool table and ping pong. second frig was handy for soda, beer, etc….We used it for a family reunion and it exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our week and wished we could have stayed longer.

Love this home
I love this beach home! It is so easy and comfortable. The walk to the beach is short and I love having my morning coffee on the balcony. What is especially nice is my girls can have friends come and no one is stepping on one another. It has also worked to come with another couple and their kids. It is roomy and I love that. There are so many windows to let the fresh air in. It is delightful to walk to the shops morning or afternoon, pick up breakfast or dinner in town. However the kitchen is fully equipped to cook which makes it easy to stay in or eat out. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!
