The bright, functional kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster oven, and all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you’ll need for easy meals at home. A dining area with seating for six makes gathering together simple and inviting. Comfort is top of mind with four AC units, five ceiling fans, window air conditioning, wireless internet, and two TVs with cable. A washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum, cleaning supplies, blankets, pillows, and mattress pads are all provided for added convenience. Utilities are included during the season, and the home is professionally cleaned with disinfectant prior to arrival. Step outside to enjoy a private fenced yard, a spacious deck with furniture, and a gas BBQ for evening cookouts. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower (with additional shared outside shower access available). Two parking spaces make arrivals and departures easy. This thoughtfully appointed Beach Haven home offers everything you need for a simple, elegant, and carefree stay by the sea. Please note: no pets are accepted, and tenants bring their own linens.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
