Set beside a public golf course and close to beaches, parks, dining, and shops, it offers a tranquil retreat with modern comfort. Enjoy a second-floor sitting room with a reading nook, plus a backyard with a fire pit, hot tub, Tiki Bar, and seating for everyone!

The space
As soon as you drive up to this spacious home, you will know you made the right choice. In the private and tranquil setting, there is a large front yard surrounded by trees and providing parking for several cars. A beautiful front porch complete with rocking chairs is a perfect spot to welcome your guests and or grab some quiet time alone with nature. As you enter the home, you will notice the large bay windows letting in soft light and an extra large dining room. The dining room includes a large table with seating for 12, and this space opens to an even larger living room with copious seating options. The living room area includes an electric fireplace, multiple couches, large comfortable chairs and a wall mounted 65” large screen TV.
Continuing with the open space concept, the living room leads into a large light-filled kitchen. The kitchen contains miles of granite counters and beautiful cabinets. All you need to create gourmet meals or feed the hungry masses is provided: cookware, dishes, cutlery, glassware, etc. The kitchen also includes a five burner extra large stove and double wall oven, as well as a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a side door leading to a charming small side porch. Rounding out the public space of the 1st floor is a powder room, hall closets for storage, and sliding glass doors leading to the backyard oasis. In addition, the first floor includes a private bedroom and full bathroom. The bedroom has 2 queen size beds and convenient outdoor access.
Climb the turned staircase to the 2nd floor and you will begin to quickly appreciate some of the versatility of this home. There is a door which can close to create a suite of two bedrooms and a jack and jill bathroom. One of the bedrooms will delight children with 2 twin beds and a beautiful view, making you think you’re in a tree house. The other bedroom has 2 queen size beds.
There is another large master bedroom upstairs with 2 more queen size beds and a large walk in closet with an ensuite bathroom with a tub. There is yet another area on the second floor that can be closed off for privacy if you wish. This one also includes a bedroom with 2 queen beds, a wall mounted TV and full bathroom.
Once you decide who is staying in all of these bedrooms, you will probably choose to spend the bulk of your time upstairs gathering in the second living room, complete with skylights, a charming reading nook, couch, and another TV.
In the hallway, you’ll also find two sets of stacked washers and dryers to meet all your laundry needs.
But wait, there’s more … up a short flight of stairs, there is a 3rd floor all the children will want to make their own. The third floor contains an open area loft space with 2 day beds that can function as couches for the day and fold out to provide 4 twin beds. You will also enjoy the large space with bean bag chairs and games. One additional private bedroom is also located up here, containing 2 more queen beds.
Back downstairs and out the sliding glass doors, you will step onto a small back deck with two hanging egg chairs to relax and enjoy the view. Off the low deck, you’ll be amazed to find an outdoor paradise. In addition to an outdoor shower, you will find a dining set for 12, chaise lounges, comfortable couches surrounding a fire pit and large area for the kids to play. There is also a hot tub, fish pond, large umbrellas, patio with large gas grill (hooked up to a propane line for the ultimate convenience), rocking chairs and additional table. We’re not done yet! Also on the property is a newly constructed indoor Tiki bar with TV and bar stools.
