AGE: Minimum age to rent is 25 years old
No Pets of any kind, no smoking in or on the premises.
Use of Elevator: Must be operated only by an adult who understands how to use it. Without proper knowledge, you can and will cause it to malfunction.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
